    Point taken. But a Dongle, be it Apple Play, Bluetooth or USB is un-necessary on a modern car/radio. Radio 2 or Classic FM is clearer on my car radio than Thai FM radio!

    My 11 year old Toyota Vigo has a radio with BLUETOOTH built in, as I suspect, almost all private cars will have such a facility. Also, almost ALL phones have it built in. Consequently there is NO NEED for any sort of Dongle, and NO EXCUSE WHATSOEVER for using a phone held in the hand.

    I very much doubt that. And if so and you are born on 29th February, I feel for you. The electronic tills in 7-11s, Lotus's etc will not allow any alcohol sales to go through. Mom & Pop shop are OK though. Or can they GIVE you the booze in bars and you pay for it next day, after leaving something as a security deposit of course.

    In the case of a UK Passport, either VFS clip the corner off when they give you the new one, invalidating it, or you are told to do that yourself. I think Thai passports get holes punched in them, same as Driving Licences which expire or are replaced.

    I too have never heard of the Dick fellow, and am insulted that you suggest that I have been hiding under a rock. I wonder how many people are in this World that YOU have never heard of.

    Surely the old passport is now invalid. My IO transferred Extension & Visa stamps at the next 90 day report, or would have done it if I had simply taken new Passport to them. NO CHARGE either.

    If I was keeping the property well in order, clean, tidy etc, I would not mind, even if I was not there. It's HIS property. But of course, if anything went missing or got damaged that would be different matter. Solution: Keep the place tidy and video it every week/clean, do NOT leave any valuables hanging about.

    And if the tenant is wrecking the place, the owner should have the right to go in, assess the damage, get some money if possible, and kick the 'douche' out.

    Yes, the regs have not changed since 2016 when you joined T Visa/AN. 400 must be in the bank for all 12 months, another 400 must be in an account for three months after you get your Retirement Extension, and two months before your next renewal. For Marriage it has to be 400k, which can be spent.
