Back in 1963 when I wanted a Fender Stratocaster and being a Leftie myself, I was told by them to learn to play the Right way, as left handed guitars were 10% more expensive. I did so, and have never regretted it.
50 years on the road, a lot in Scandinavia, gave me lots of that. Happily married for 17 years, then after being widowed, came here and like what I now have. No need for flangeing, but from what I have seen, there's plenty around.
After 50 years on the road as a pro musician, I am happy to have stopped travelling. I can however, continue my musical 'hobby' writing and recording music on my PC for my own enjoyment. I also love cooking having been taught Thai dishes by my Mrs, and winemaking is also in my interests.
So Mr RSD1, please tell us what floats your boat in retirement.
And I retired here because I loved one beautiful woman 15 years ago, and still enjoy my house and home in Phitsanulok. Easy peaceful life, reasonably cheap, good internet, and a nice Immigration boss.
I must be one of the lucky ones as none of these bugs has affected either my 10 year old, non-compatible-but- fixed tower PC, or my new Beelink Mini............yet!
