  1. I think this is the first time I have put a LIKE on one of Bob's posts.
  2. You can buy SIM cards from almost every phone shop, 7/11, Lotus etc. The card costs about Bht 50 and you top it up via phone app, bank app or one of those machines. At the airport, they will possibly try to sell you a rip-off tourist SIM. Of course a passport will do for ID, what else do you think will do?
  3. But in my childhood I did not have high BP, enlarged prostate, a balding head, bills to pay, or a grandson to look after
  4. This speaker, in a suitable cabinet, will go down to 23 Hz, so it says. Anything below about 40 Hz could be heard as just low rumble noise though. You would only need one of them in addition to your 8 inchers. But you would have to be careful about them interfering with each other's output phasewise. Low pass filter in the box too.
  5. So is it Travel Insurance, or Health/Accident cover.
  6. Usually travel insurance can only be bought in your own country, for travelling abroad. Do you think that you can simply add this onto your present cover while still in Thailand? And then go to another company when it runs out.
  7. The JBLs in the OP are designated as car speakers..............12" woofers in your boot! What's the difference between these and conventional hi-fi woofers. I need some 5'" woofers for my Paradigm Stud 20s.
  8. I was talking about making my own pizzas. 11% fat depends on how much cheese and type of topping. I suggested mushrooms, onions which are fat free. OK, if you go for 4 x cheeses, then up you go. A thin crust is no worse than a couple of slices of bread.
  9. But travel insurance is no good if you live here and want health insurance.
  10. No, don't talk silly. But these men, and sometimes women, who set fire to their wives, chop them up, rape children for years etc, do not deserve to consume oxygen, no matter how polluted it may be.
  11. What is bad about a pizza? Bread, yes not too good for you so get thin base ones, tomato sauce, made with fresh tomatoes, some mushrooms, onions, a bit of ham, and some cheese.
  12. Then how can they put me to sleep in a hospital in seconds, and with one more jab I am gone. Harold Shipman must have found a quick and cheap way to do it.
  13. Totally off topic. Yep, saw one in Makro last week. 22 minutes to cook chips. Frying them takes 6!
  14. No, they chop heads off in Saudi.
  15. Yes, so bring it on if the evidence is 100%.
  16. No, do it just before a football match so that others will learn. And none of this dilly dallying with injections. which apparently cost loads, even though they can put me to sleep in seconds in a hospital. One bullet in back of the head = done and dusted. And no chance to blunder it.
  17. would HAVE....if no-one tells you, you will always get it wrong.
  18. The Asean Now bit was meant as a funny for the OP. I also do most on my PC, using Bluestacks for any Android app which I cannot access with Windows. Easier on the eyes and fingers!
  19. So fly with Aeoroflot or Chinese Airline, or a communist country's airline.
  20. What are you talking about...sweat in the charging port? How would it get there. IF that is a problem for you, get some of those magnetic jobbies, which means you never have to insert anything into the port any more.
