  1. Kratom is a good pain killer. But it's a real opiate. It is addictive.
  2. I like viewpoints but I don't like skywalks. Note that skywalks sometimes ruin good views.
  3. Really? What do you understand that others don't? What % of THC does Mr Know-all propose to travel with while breaking no law? One topic I understand is that I wouldn't travel with joints through airports.
  4. Wife coming back from the dead.
  5. Try turning off the valve for the bum gun until you see no more water trickling, then replace with new. Some valves are frozen solid by scale though. I don't entirely agree with "not bothering the landlord". The landlord is supposed to rent out facilities that are in working order.
  6. I have used this expensive polyurethane condom for years now. About 3 years ago I got a batch of counterfeits from Amazon. Amazon offered to refund and withdrew the vendor. Up to now the ones I'd bought in Thailand had been ok. The fakes are cheap latex things that are very prone to break. I've had 3 breakages within one week. I'll switch to SKYN (blue packaging) for the time being, but I'm not sure where to buy them, tips are welcome.
  7. If only the lack of seasoning were a mere lack of salt.
  8. What is increasing for sure is the envy of older/unattractive women towards younger/attractive ones.
  9. Sexual abuse, the West's booming industry and number one cult. For journalists, lawyers, police, judges, politicians, health staff, wives ... If only the Ukrainians could shoot sexual abuse instead of 155 mm shells.
  10. It doesn't say whether the victim was wearing a life jacket. Some people overestimate themselves by "not needing" one.
  11. Don't take cannabis on flights. Too risky, and unnecessary as you will find what you need in Samui.
  12. Pseudoephedrine raises blood pressure quite a lot. Not something you want to take regularly. Plus, it makes you positive for meth from what I've read. NAR (non-allergic rhinitis) = perennial rhinitis = idiopathic rhinitis. Often combined with post-nasal drip. Bumrungrad hospital in Bangkok offer the Clarifix procedure. I may take the jump and have it but I'm still not convinced. Reddit reviews are not encouraging. P.S. I noticed steroid nasal sprays (fluticasone, mometasone) had some effect in my case. No immediate effect though, should be used for a few weeks.
  13. Non-allergic rhinitis. No cure (except Clarifix or Rhinaer?). Forget diet or snake oil vitamins. One thing that works as a nasal spray is Ipatropium Bromide. Alas not available in the EU anymore. Not available in Thailand (I asked around). Only available in an anti-asthma spray, combined with some other stuff you don't want to inhale if you don't have asthma. This is a pic of the nasal spray they recently withdrew from the market in the EU. I knew when I found it to work some three months ago, I thought "something that works, they're going to withdraw it". And so they did soon enough indeed! Government LOVE to make people's lives miserable. I hasten to do some pharmacy hopping in order to buy enough to last me half a year.
  14. "What, are you defending pidofiles!!!?", said they.
  15. She would if I had one. One more reason not to marry.
  16. ".. leaving 100 tonnes in the landfill"? More like leaving 100 tons strew over the island and its beaches.
  17. I think Lazada had some. Much cheaper than in pharmacies. Incidentally, theanine works pretty much like melatonin, only longer. I only use melatonin for jet lag these days.
  18. No sex involved, so no harm done.
  19. I thought the street Levitra could be sildenafil too until I crunched one tablet between my teeth. The taste was different. Less acrid, less unpleasant than sildenafil. Note that he Kamagra sold in the street struck me as even stronger than the Thai Viagra generic (Sidegra) sold in Thai pharmacies. This doesn't mean it is of course, might be psychosomatic.
  20. In the street same price as kamagra give or take 100 Baht. I take 1 whole tablet. With Kamagra I would take one half or two thirds of a tablet.
  21. Taladafil gives me bizarre long-lasting side-effects. I see sparks before my eyes whenever I close my eyes. Sleep is nigh impossible. I had to stop using Taladafil after trying it out only a couple of times. I now use the street Levitra. Levitra is the shortest acting of the 3 available molecules but I don't mind. Sildenafil gives me the occasional headache, Levitra doesn't.
  22. Many with accounts outside Thailand need a Thai TIN as required by the banks back home. Advice like "don't get a TIN, don't stay more than 6 months" etc. is useless for those among us (the majority?) who need Thailand as an offshore tax residence.
  23. Not only is the lynching mob out in full force, but some think shouting even louder than the mob will protect them when the chips are down.
  24. I see the lynching mob is out in full force on this thread!
