This is why I always try to pay for food or drinks as soon as possible. Once in Brazil I walked away assuming my wingman had already picked up the tab. I am the dreamy, absent-minded type, especially when I have a lot on my mind, and as I go out to eat and drink every single day, the odd mishap is bound to happen sooner or later. Scary.

At least 1mg but no more than 3mg is the right dosage. Helps go to sleep quicker but doesn't always improve overall night sleep. I assume you don't mean a Thai TIN (tax identification number). Because I got one no problem no questions asked in Thailand. I then sent the Thai TIN to my EU banks so that they at least had something to chew on. I wanted my Thai broker to tie this TIN to the dividend withholding taxes I pay in Thailand but he wasn't interested. The real only use I've had so far for this Thai TIN was when filling in the W8BEN form with my EU bank. This is a form regarding withholding tax on US stocks whenever an EU country has a a double tax treaty with the US.

The site onwardflights.com has been "suspended" (not a good sign). Which site would you recommend? Some sites (eg onward.flights) label themselves "onward ticket generator" (not a good sign either if you ask me). We don't really want to print out some kind of fake ticket do we?
