  1. That's been going on for many years, A farang I knew his wife used to rent bikes them lose them gambling she got run our of town,

Years ago we had a shop on the main road with a large forecourt, a Thai guy approached us asking if he could use the forecourts to rent bikes and a couple of cars, he said the very same thing don't rent to Thais, we didn't take up his offer,

I have known people here who will not rent property to Thai's and thats Thai owners 555,

If you want to talk about racism you should speak to the Burmese,

  2. Here in Phuket we own a couple of condo's and there is quite a lot of spaces both under ground and outside, couple of years back some cheeky Russian running his motor bike rental business from the underground parking space, it' turns out he didn't even live there just had a friend there, Now you have to show your keycard to get in, Im not sure how long before they latched on to him, I did see him myself one day in and out about 3 times on different bikes,

Any so called ladyboys enter as males as do Thai ladyboys when they travel obviously, but sure yeah you can pick them out in their male form ha ha, once they are in the country they are at they kit up and work.

I live/work in Muscat Oman as an expat, when my Thai wife first arrived in the country she went to the Thai Embassy here in Muscat to ask something she was shocked to see 5 x ladyboys in the reception area just chilling out waiting for whatever they were there for

I know one who get arrested in England and deported she should have studying at Uni,

Oh there is no doubt the guy is a pompous ass and the matter could've been resolved amicably, but between being a **** and being a danger to the public there's a big difference. He might deserve a fine and/or to compensate her financially, but asking to have his visa revoked before his case was even heard by a judge, just because it went public, is excessive.

That's the point - in other countries if you are married to a local you get initially a temporary visa, and a few years later permanent residency. Thailand is quite unique in that even if you are married and lived here for 30 years, you are still no better off than a tourist.

Even if you have kids here, means nothing
