You better apply for a first login password at the bank. They will give you one what you can change after using it. Without a login you even have no acces at they pc banking system.

In case you go to Cambo: don't take THB with you but USD. You can pay everywhere in Cambo with USD, you even can get USD out of every ATM in Cambo. They even prefer USD above Riel. Just make you have enough 1 or 5 USD banknotes as often they cannot change.

Immigration was compleet correct by refusing your extension. You, after 16 years in Thailand, doesn't know you must have a personal account. In case everything is correct you don't need an agent at all. People, knowing they are not correct are using an agent and become dependent on them. No surprise the 90d report has been rejected. A 90d report is the confirmation you stay at a certain adres, noting more noting less. So you write nothing new in your message.

Online 90d reporting doesn't ask for a TM30 doc. In case you never made an TM30 the online reporting only can be refused because there is not a TM30 in your personal Immi file. Is one of the reason why the first 90d reporting has to be done at immigration.

What is your problem with a home visit by Immigration? Immigration is allowed to vist you as many times they want or they need. You have something to hide for them? Some people make a problem of everything.

You don't say what kind of bank account you have. Is it an account in your namen alone or is it one on your name and your wife's namen ( a joint account)? In case it is only in your name it will be 400K, in case it is a joint account it will be 800K.

It is very easy: The Covid extension is for people who CANNOT RETURN to they home country. Most people CAN return to it. Get a REAL VISA and you will have NO STRESS at all.

What kind of account do you haver? A SAVING account? You can update it on the same day doing a withdraw at any ATM. A FIXED account: you cannot do a withdraw at ATM as you don't have a debet card: so have to go inside the office to ask for a bankletter. They know what you need and can have it immediately Some I.O. also ask for a statement, others don't when it is a FIXED account.

Very easy: go to the bank and renew the deposit account, you can do anytime you want. I also have SCB bank fixed account and when I see it is almost expeired I just renew it for the same term. No problem at at all.

I really don't understand people. Waiting for the very last day is never a good idea or, were you afraid of loosing some days? Well you don't. In the very best case: you wille have to pay 500THB for the overstay. In the worst case you shall have to start all over again as by the law: an expired extension of stay cannot be renewed. You are now complete dependent on the goodwill of the I.O. I wonder what people have so important and urgent to do, as retired, so they don't think at the most important thing by staying in Thailand: be sure your extension is up to date. Some people needs for everything a helping hand and I ask myself: how did they make it, on they own, to come to Thailand?

Where did they pay 3000THB? Koh Samui?????
