  1. I agree with the above. Been here over 17 years and it was only a couple of years back when they asked my missus why she had never submitted a TM 30. Obviously yer average Thai knows nothing about immigration rules for foreigners and that was what she told them. They took 400 Baht off of her no receipt. Two years later when I did my TM 47 they put the TM 30 in my passport after viewing my missus blue book. No charge. 15 years never a problem.
  2. I still don't understand the logic.
  3. Just asking like but what the ......... has a TM 47 got to do with a TM 30?
  4. Just ignore your landlord. It's him they will fine, not you. His problem.
  5. Total hypocrites. Photo is of a policeman acquaintance who got p***** and fell off his motorcycle and ended up in hospital.
  6. On top of the GoFundMe collection they are now doing another collection for her rehabilitation. https://www.coventrytelegraph.net/news/coventry-news/maddi-neale-shanksters-family-eternally-25969042 Talk about pushing your luck. Her employer is her mother who has a successful beauty clinic. Maddi on the left
  7. Why do you need an agents advice regarding a TM30?
  8. Probation in Thailand is used when the jails are full and is used for minor crimes/criminals. Instead of locking people up they are allowed to remain free but have to report regularly to their nearest police station.
  9. That is illegal. A Passports remain the property of the government that issues it. Refusing to return patients clothing is a totally different ballgame.
  10. I'm surprised they sent an officer home with him as they usually escort you to an ATM machine before leaving hospital. That's my experience. So I call BS on the above.

  12. This is nit picking but if you deliberately mislead some institution into believing you live somewhere where you do not is dishonest.
  13. I have to disagree with the above. Being an honest kinda guy I didn't do any of the things you recommend and I never had any problems. I even left the sale of my house through my solicitor giving him power of attorney.
  14. Dunno if it's of any help but I opened my 'Smile Bank' account into a joint account with my wife about 3-4 years ago. And she has never lived in the UK with me other than a 2 week holiday.
  15. Yes by post. Notifications of any bank changes that may affect me. My bank statements are available online.
  16. All I can say is that I was resident in the UK when I opened my 'Smile' internet account. They know my address is now Thailand and they send notifications to it.
  17. Open an internet bank account such as 'Smile Bank ' https://www.smile.co.uk/ I haven't had a UK address since 2005.
  18. To do that you'd need to be on site when he's drilling and that could be up to 3 days or more?
  19. How can one trust the driller to be honest as to the depth he claims to have drilled? https://lovewellpumpsupply.com/2017/09/do-deeper-wells-mean-more-and-better-water/
  20. You can't have an Xray unless you see a doctor. So what did the doctor prescribe?
