  1. Just watched 'HaShotrim' Episode 1. Looks good. Thanks to whoever recommended it.
  2. It seems neither do you. It's the person named on the Blue Book that has to submit a TM30 to immigration. The property owner is the one that gets fined, not the farang. https://www.thaiembassy.com/thailand-visa/about-tm30-thailand
  3. Had a similar thing happen to me a few weeks back on around the same date as the OP. I received a notification 'Pending' and it stayed like that for 2 weeks. In the end I had to go in person to be told 'computer problem'.
  4. Thai police receive 95% of any fine they issue. So why only 50% for the public?
  5. Above photo shows my wife having notified the office of my staying at her house. Not me notifying them.
  6. Ah,ah. I didn't have to. I did my 90 day report in person over 3 years ago. My wife sat next to me and they were more interested in why she hadn't submitted a TM30 in the 15 years I've lived in Thailand until that specific time. Neither of us knew the rules of the TM30 notification at that time. They fined her 400 Baht. No receipt. They then gave me the TM30 notification and posted it in my passport.
  7. Tell me Dr Jack. When you stay in an hotel do you do a TM30 at immigration or do you leave it up to the hotel to do?
  8. No it does not. It remains the responsibility of the property owner.
  9. And again. https://dukelanguage.com/2019/06/what-is-the-tm30/#:~:text=It is the responsibility of,“Possessor Of The Residence”.
  10. Sorry to correct yous two but
  11. What a complete load of tosh.
  12. Then please tell us why it was my wife who was fined, after 14 years, for failing to submit a TM30. https://www.thaiembassy.com/thailand-visa/about-tm30-thailand
  13. Not his job to submit a TM30.
  14. Sent my passport via EMS before now. Never a problem
  15. Strange that someone with a camera picks up on this car for no particular reason and follows it. No reason I can see to lock onto this driver. So why him?
  16. Anyone can do your 90 day report. Haven't you got any friends or family that could do it whilst you are away?
  17. Austin Butler is brilliant as Elvis. Sez it all.
  18. But if you have notified them and it is confirmable, with proof, by showing your 90 day application then surely they can't fine you. The requirement is that you only have to notify them of your intention to stay another 90 days. If they fail to respond to your application then that isn't your problem. You've done your bit.
  19. Why don't you just mail it?
  20. I use Buriram office online and doing mine 14 days before due date didn't work.
  21. One creature in this world you won't get rid of.
  22. Not my application this time, which was due on 9 Feb which I submitted on 26 Jan. No notice given as to why it failed. I had no choice but to go in person on 10 Feb. I was told that there was a computer breakdown. Believe it if you want.
  23. Nah, definately dead. Both rediculously bloated after laying 3 days in the sun. Really placid dogs they were and there was no need to kill them.
  24. Initially we had that. But to overcome the glass the intruders used rolled up grass mats to bypass that.
  25. Have been burgled 2 times over the years after first moving into our new house. First time we had no form of protection as we were in the finishing stages of our house build. My wife woke me up saying there was a man in our bedrom. I gave chase but.......... Second time we were burgled we had gone on holiday to Singapore. To gain access the crooks had poisoned my 2 Cocker Spanials. Since having stainless steel grills installed inside the house windows never a problem. Recommended.
