But if you have notified them and it is confirmable, with proof, by showing your 90 day application then surely they can't fine you. The requirement is that you only have to notify them of your intention to stay another 90 days. If they fail to respond to your application then that isn't your problem. You've done your bit.

Have been burgled 2 times over the years after first moving into our new house. First time we had no form of protection as we were in the finishing stages of our house build. I had similar problem tuther week. After waiting 14 days for my TM47 to be 'approved' I had to go in person to my local office. They told me they were having a problem with the online system. 14 days!!!!!!!!

Been doing Wise since it was first available in Thailand. I have always ticked 'living expences'. Never had 'almost instant' payment.

I use the Bangkok Bank and I get a slight delay but I don't think it's the banks fault.

Asked for my passport stamps to be transfered to my new one. Officer said '400 Baht'. I said I wasn't paying as I know there is NO fee for the transfer. You can pay it if you want but I ain't gonna be caught on a bribe charge.
