  1. You don't file a TM30. The property owner does. https://www.tilleke.com/insights/thailand-relax-rules-tm30-immigration-requirements/
  2. Go to your local PEA offices and enquire there to see if anyone there does cash in hand jobs.
  3. Pot and kettle spring to mind.
  4. As I see it the only time an agent can legally represent you is to do your 90 day report or if you are ill and have a doctors note confirming your disability.
  5. I agree, most locals in the sticks won't have motorbike insurance. Hence why he stands a better chance asking someone with a 'BigBike' who'll more likely have full cover.
  6. As far as we know. But now being up to international standards I'd be surprised if they weren't.
  7. I wouldn't commit an act that put my stay here in jeopardy. If siht (anaram) happened then I'd take my punishment. I'm no hypocrite.
  8. I believe Scotland to be one.
  9. May be this will assist? https://www.tripadvisor.com/Attractions-g293919-Activities-c40-Pattaya_Chonburi_Province.html
  10. Horses for courses. Trial and error. Some people like massages that may be others don't like. Personally I like it heavy handed.
  11. Just ask one of the locals where to get insurance. It's not as if they'll be a big difference in prices.
  12. Just finished 'Sniper: The White Raven'. I can't believe IMDb only gave it a 5.8/10. Well worth more.
  13. Rarely, but Thailand has modified its national network to meet international standards. https://www.cdg.co.th/website/en/industries/government/immigration-system-the-immigration-bureau/
  14. So I've read and believe. Where we live they have a dairy cooperative where cattle farmers take their filled churns. The milk is then taken away by tanker to be pasteurised. If and when there's a problem with the tanker and the milk can't be processed it's all thrown away. No other reason than because its a danger to people if not posturized.
  15. I'd imagine all our info is on the same database? Along with date of entry into Thailand, how many children you have, TM30, TM47 etc etc. They can easily check if you're still married without you producing a KR2 hence why there is no need to show it these days.
  16. Good luck with that.
  17. I assume the OP does know the dangers attached to unpasteurized milk?
  18. Yep it is on a national data base so I believe.
  19. Numerous studies have found that physical punishment increases the risk of broad and enduring negative developmental outcomes. No study has found that physical punishment enhances developmental health. Most child physical abuse occurs in the context of punishment. A professional consensus is emerging that parents should be supported in learning nonviolent, effective approaches to discipline. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3447048/
  20. Where did I make a medical diagnosis? Stop telling lies.
  21. So where do the children get off or get on the crossing? This is the school a few hundred yards from my house.
  22. I know the answer to this question cuz my daughter got passed from a government hospital to a private hospital when they couldn't treat her. The government pays as long as you obtain the medical documents allowing the referral in the first place.
