    At home its NHS and public Hospitals, unfortunately in Thailand they want to be looked after in a private Hospital with all the bell and whistles. I guess you could get good enough medical care in public hospitals, or take out a proper travel insurance. But hey, rather have some more beers and short times then paying for insurance.

    Sai Cave and Bueng Bua Wood Boardwalk. Both are part of Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park and in a cheap Charlie move I visited both today, saving 200 Baht entry fee. You could add Phraya Nakhon Cave and save even more. But that may be a bit too much (exercice I mean).

    There are others still capable to do it. Now doing it in Bangkok. Price went up a couple of 1000 Baht. AFAIK the one on Post Office (Manerat) would be a good start.

    You could use something like this: Bebird EarSight There are cheaper models too of this company (they work, I know because I have one). If I see my ear is clogged, I use hydrogen peroxide to loosen the wax, then use a syringe with a special top like this: Earwash with warm water to get it out. Possible leftover is scooped out with the Bebird.

    On Thai Roads, I drive like it's raining and they are wet. Reason? The roads are dirty. Sand patches everywhere, Trucks bringing dirt on the roads from unpaved roads and so on. You never know how the condition of the next corner may be. All that beside of the many idiots you have to be aware off.

    Go to https://www.travel-dental.com/en/welcome-to-the-deutsche-dental-clinic-in-pattaya-thailand/ The Thai Dentist there is outstanding. Nothing to be afraid off with him. Only downside, he does not talk very much.

    Why is the Driver of the Pickup driving off ? The bycicle is crossing over into his lane without looking. Nothing he Pickup could do to prevent the accident. Clearly the idiot (once more) is the driver of the (oh so expensive Hiso) bycicle. Only reason would be drunk/drugs or no registration or licence (or expired).

    You can get that price atm with Qatar, at least from Switzerland for around 550 Swiss Francs. It's low season, it's a low season price. High season it can be double that.
