Sorry to burst your (tea) bubble, but you are her sugar daddy. But as you think 30k is ok, go for it. But I would not invest any feelings and treat her as that wat she is, a rental. Good luck and enjoy your time.

Crime British Teen Thought as Missing in Thailand Found Arrested in Georgia
CHdiver replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
Now, the Gal was around 2 days missing and the father was already in a plane to Bangkok. I guess the parents had nightmares with her daughter before. For me she was probably out of control and the parents very worried about her to begin with. Now they found out they have been right all the way about it. -

A festival for queers and dxyz*+&, supporting Palestine. It's like pigs supporting butchers, because all this people would not survive long in that country. Not because of the Israely Army, because they are not well regarded there (to put it nicely). When the candidates have been paraded outside in old Trams, all you could see was palestine flags and towels. Candidate from Israel got shown sign of slit througt, her Tram got blocked by some braindead activist. It would be weird if people would support this event. Of course a special kind of clientele does that. It looks like not too many of them on this board.

I guess she is like that since 13 years. Looks like you are a slow learner. However, I think you earned a better life then the one you have now. Move out, if she did buy the dogs (wtf 14, are you crazy) they are clearly her problem. Walk, run and start new. However, if you did buy the dogs (wtf 14, are you crazy) you will have to take them with you. But still walk, run and start new.

Crime Ukrainian Arrested at Phuket Airport Over Condominium Vandalism
CHdiver replied to Georgealbert's topic in Phuket News
So Anastasia took over the rent from a Russian, most probably without a new contract. Then asks for the deposit (witch the Russian paid) back. Somehow I would be very reluctant to pay her a deposit back that she paid (or not) to somebody else. Than gets temper tantrum, like a good Gen Z Girl, probably combined with PMS. Now she has time to cool down and learn a valuable lesson. -
I use Grab for short distances inside the city. I would not use Grab for long distance. Why? You never know what kind of maniac is turning up and drives like he needs a Formula one contract. Yes, I had them all, even when most have been good. Thats one of the reasons I use Nam. Female drivers and all have been careful and safe drivers. Nam does also listen to complains.

You book her by email. I usually get an answer inside of one hour. In her email you get her phone/whatsapp and line. Best service in town, never let me down in many many years.

Well, the Hotel I am at in Jomtien is full with Thai families and the pools are full with children. Maybe you should come down and tell them. I would pay you a beverage of your choice, because then it would be much quieter daytime.

This thread is about missbehaving young guys shown on videos on social media. But no one is putting up a link. This makes it kind of worthless.

Decisions, decisions, where to stay in retirement?
CHdiver replied to simon43's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
Do they have a longstay visa for retired people? I think not. But I fully agree with you, Vietnam, with a proper Visa, would be a good choice. -
Decisions, decisions, where to stay in retirement?
CHdiver replied to simon43's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
Now my friend, with all due respect but that is gobbledigook. How many years do retirement visa exist? How many times did the rule change so much that retired people have to leaf the country. Yes, the amount you need to stay has increased, you have to report every 90 days and then you have the hassle with the TM30. But the changes are very minimal. Visa changes are mostly for Tourist Visa or better the Entry without a visa. Somethimes it's 2 times a year, then only restricted on land borders but not airports and so on. There, the changes happen. But not with the retirement visas. So stop to worry. Think in solutions to your problems and don't create problems that do not really exist. If you do not trust the Thai Banks with your 880k Baht, then use an agent. You told us your retirement income, you are getting enough to pay for that with ease. Move to Hua Hin or better Pranburi. Very nice place at the sea with good air (well as good as air can get in Thailand). Hundred of houses to rent, so you should have no problem to find a nice one. Fantastic natur, great beaches, good food, modern Hospitals and it does not stink at every corner of marihuana. Save from earthquakes too. -
@Jingthing to the thread. He used this word very extensively in the last US election and after. He has to know it better then anybody else.

What Elon Musk Didn’t Budget For: Firing Workers Costs Money, Too
CHdiver replied to placeholder's topic in Political Soapbox
After paying once, you safe after year after year. I think that is a good deal. If it would be cheaper to keep people employed indevinitely, nobody would ever lay off employees. Still, companies lay off workforce every day. -
They drive push bikes back home. They are used to drive around like that. Old habits die hard....
