Thankfully, they don't ask for an official accomodation booking anymore either, so you can put down whatever you want in that form field as well. That was an annoying requirement when applying for a tourist visa. Not sure if they still require that with the tourist visa or if they got rid of it for that one too.

That probably won't fix this problem because it appears to be due to DHCP on the router they are connecting to and/or the ISP. Manually adding Google DNS IPs on their computer will fix those sorts of problems. It may also increase DNS lookup speed, so not a bad idea to do it even if not having problems.

Just configure your computer to use Google DNS servers. On Windows go into Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center > Network connection settings > Properties > click on TCP/IP4 then click on "Properties" button. Change "Obtain DNS server address automatically" to "Use the following DNS server addresses" 8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4

I got my DTV eVisa within hours of submitting the application online. This is through the same consulate (Canada) that usually took at least 10-15 days when I applied for the tourist visa. YMMV. I applied in the workcation category. The document submitted was a cover letter on business letterhead stating my business name and website URL, and a list of included documents. The included documents were my business registration, website screenshot, domain registration receipt (to prove I own the website), and a billing report showing the number of active customers by country. Probably more than needed but I didn't want to leave anything to chance. For the 500k baht requirement I submitted my latest monthly bank statement. For the proof of current residence I submitted my latest power bill.

It asks you for travel dates, port of entry, and flight number. However, it does not ask you to upload any documentation for that like the tourist visa did (does?).

They stopped offering those biscuits in Thailand at least a year or two ago. I suspect that getting rid of that was part of the reason they failed. I know that I went there less often after they discontinued that.

KFC chicken is FAR more greasy. I didn't find Texas to be greasy at all.

I kind of stopped going after they discontinued the meal deal that included a biscuit and cole slaw. It was nothing special to me without that. Still being offered in Vietnam and Cambodia as far as I know. I think PTT probably made some bad decisions like getting rid of that.

Pretty hard for them to concoct any conspiracy theories that would stick because if Dems were involved they would be smart enough to hire someone who could actually hit a target.

I eat spicy Texas Chicken fairly regularly, so not happy about this. Prefer it over KFC because not as greasy.
