  1. Not proud but laws enforced. And China has the most people in prison.
  2. As far as Canadians , locals, being smarter than Americans. I'm wondering where you got this information, as the average IQ of Canadians and Americans is about even. As far as the country itself, I have been there a few times fishing and hunting, as many of my friends have, and it's absolutely beautiful country. I don't bother with big cities as they are all much the same. It's very cold there. When I hunted in Alberta it was below zero every day with the lowest at -39. The fishing was the best I've ever had in fresh water. The air was as clean as I've ever witnessed. I would go there every year if I could afford to.
  3. That's why you don't say you have empathy for others yet ridicule those that are fat. And I don't think people who are overweight blame anyone for it. They know exactly why they gained extra weight Many eat a lot because they are suffering from abuse or depression, and it helps take their minds off of what's bothering or hurting them.. ..........https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/insight-is-2020/201105/the-psychology-why-people-dislike-or-hate-fat-people
  4. A lot of truth there. It's either being absent, too permissive or abusive when anyone steps out of line. I've seen on quite a few occasions moms walking around with sticks, with two times at the local clinic, waiting for their very small children to get out of line, where they received a whack with the stick. That's abuse, and it shouldn't be tolerated, but no one seemed to care, as if it's normal behavior. Using a weapon is a cowards way, and shows how they were raised also.
  5. You either have it or you don't. It's not really a measurable entity. It's taught in early childhood or it isn't. You can learn it anytime in life,as long as you aren't tainted by being a narcissist, as they have no empathy.
  6. If they continue to let children of this age commit crimes, especially violent ones, and get away with it, it will continue with others. There are laws in the US which holds anyone accountable for crimes, starting at age 6 in some states and older in others. Some will be held at a rehabilitation center, most supervised by social services. Between 12 and 14 for intentional murder. At the federal level, the minimum age of Juvenile delinquency is 11 years, while 28 states have no minimum age of delinquency. The standards for transferal of juveniles to adult courts varies by state and may combine statutory limits with prosecutorial and judicial discretion. One case...................................................................................................................................................................... On August 20, 1999, 11-year-old Miriam White flew into a rage when one of her family members gave her grief for letting a cat out of the house. Fleeing her Philadelphia home with a kitchen knife, she spotted Rosemarie Knight, 55, walking her dog. Without saying a word, White stabbed Knight in the heart, killing her. Although White was only 11 years old at the time, and had a history of psychiatric problems, a local judge ruled that she be tried as an adult. The preteen defendant pleaded guilty to third-degree murder and possession of an instrument of crime, and was sentenced to 18 to 40 years in prison. She remains incarcerated to this day. Can a minor go to jail in USA? Approximately 10,000 minors under the age of 18 are housed in jails and prisons intended for adult offenders and juveniles make up 1,200 of the 1.5 million people imprisoned in state and federal detention facilities. Paying people off for murdering a relative is an insult, and shows a lack of human rights. At the very least, he should be housed in a mental facility until it is determined by a professional psychiatrist that he is capable of being released into the public again.
  7. Empath, and we are the ones who pay the price when we encounter narcissists, who prey on empaths. We are the beta males (females) who take care of our children, wives and girlfriends when they were hurt by the narcissists. We cry when we and others we love are hurt because we have emotions. We are gentle, nurturing and feel for others, can put ourselves in other's shoes and try and feel what they feel, so we can help. We don't intentionally use or hurt others because we know how that feels. Some of us try to be leaders so we can help others but get caught up in the lies and corruption and become what we despise sometimes. We feel more stress than the narcissists because we actually care, and with that care comes worry, and stress. We cannot choose to be empaths. It is what we were raised to be. Some of us were abused as children and didn't become like the abuser but turned away and became the opposite. The world would be much better if we outnumbered the narcissists 10 to 1.
  8. Stallone used it all the time, along with a few others. He was actually busted in Australia for bringing 48 vials. into the country. I was a personal trainer in 5 gyms for 16 years, and knew hundreds of users along with news on who did what. I was interested for awhile in HGH but never got around to trying it because I wanted to stay natural. I was built a lot like Stallone for many years, getting close to his ripped times without anything, and that's mainly why. I came close to his highest bench and was stronger in legs and deadlifts. My family is diabetes prone, so that' was another reason not to try HGH, as it can cause problems, along with joint pain which is my biggest problem because of extreme lifts for too many years. I know some get edema but not everyone.
  9. Texas was my last home, for 32 years, New Jersey for 30 before that. I miss both, but more Texas because I have 3 of my children and grandkids there, it's better hunting and fishing for me. New Jersey I also miss, for those same reasons, but I hated the cold. When I move back to Texas, I can always visit NJ in a couple of hours by air. Both states have anything anyone needs, but Texas is more wide open country, and that's what I prefer.
  10. I will try it as soon as I can afford it regularly. It's mainly what Stallone has used over the years. You do need to be tested regularly by a sports doctor for any changes that aren't good. I just want to keep what I have for as long as possible. My joints were hurt by lifting so heavy for so long so I just work out lighter now. Problem here is that the only gym doesn't open until 2 PM, and I've been used to training early mornings for over 45 years.
  11. I, along with millions of others, failed in marriages because of a few things. I got into studying relationships, narcissism, psychology in regards to relationships, child rearing and more for a very long time, reading over 65 books and thousands of articles, and it didn't matter one bit because of the choices I made from attraction, and not getting to know them longer. There are a few things that keep people together, the first being commitment. Commitment to each other to make the marriage work no matter what. This means being faithful, honest, non abusive, caring, loving and having future plans that coincide. This with a few mutual interests will make any relationship last. Mental illnesses, narcissism, and depression, which are both illnesses, will ruin most relationships so if one partner has them it will be very hard to make things work, especially if they don't recognize their problem or admit that they have one if they do. It's true that most schools do not prepare children for life's lessons. They teach basics that we will use, but not the most important things, like interpersonal relationships and child rearing. That everyone learns by trial and mostly error.
  12. As you can see, I'm on your side because some of what you mention is experienced here by myself and most others, although some are blind to see or won't admit it because they are brown nosers. I don't see them as annoying although many are. You and i don't belong here, as is the same for many others who tolerate things because they either hate where they came from or are happy here because it's more affordable and the women are very pretty and available (though a price must be paid). You don't have to ignore everyone here. Just try and fit in. This is another way of life, and far behind what we grew up with. A lot of the people here are just honest, everyday farmers who live, and work, to eat. If they never leave the country, they don't know what the world is really like, unless someone tells them lies or exaggerations, like all farangs are rich. Merchants with shops and stalls are also just trying to survive, and working here on a farm, (yes, I've done it many times for my ex's family and now gf's family) is as hard as any work you will ever do labor wise. I don't like prejudice, and they show it here daily, but it's shown daily in the US also, so they're not exempt. Again, just get along, fit in, smile and smile back. You don't have to let anyone know your true feelings, as smiles here show. Until you leave, just act like you are back home, as far as how you treat others. You can never lose if you "act" nice. Don't let what others do bother you so much. They go home to miserable lives and aren't as happy as you think. This is worldwide.
  13. Where we pay for them to stay there, and they get into a system some never get out of. Losing money is the best teacher for most. Especially for a first offense. Of course repeat offenders they'll have to up the ante. Locking people up doesn't teach them much besides hatred for those that did it. We're talking about non violent offenses where no one else is involved besides them and maybe a retail outlet.
  14. Makes complete sense if it's regarding cases that will go to court. A person shoplifting, having one joint in possession or spitting on the street (examples) would be fined and not jailed, leaving more room in jails for those arrested for harder crimes. Why waste taxpayers money incarcerating some when they can pay a fine and (maybe) learn a lesson? People in the US went to jail for possession of weed, and now it's legal in many states, and eventually will be in all. Money talks, and ignorance doesn't last forever.
  15. It's actually more than 50% in most studies and as much as 80%. IQ, meaning the intelligence quotient, will not usually change and is based on others of your age when tested. Your abilities can definitely change, if you are a reader (constant) and a person who challenges themselves all the time. This means scores can change as we age for some. Some research has shown that scores are not stable, and can change while still a teen. Brain damage can change an IQ, as well as emotional and physical abuse in childhood.
  16. IQ is mostly genetic, as much as 80% in some studies, and more than 50% in all studies. Why you got ahead isn't all about intelligence but drive. People have proven time and again that want is sometimes better than have. Thais that have been outside Thailand are exactly the same as those that have stayed, besides the fact they have found a partner to get them out, so are lucky in that respect. Those who visit for reasons other than spouses are usually students, who still might not be any smarter than their peers at home but just had more money to travel with. Those, like my school owner friend here, who have been educated in America, have nothing but good to say about the education system there, as opposed to what's here.
  17. Some people look at life as a precious thing, not to be taken for granted and let go so easily. As a Christian, I look to a new life with God, without all the pain and shiit this life has. I know some only believe this is all we have, and that's sad, because this life is a temporary thing for everyone, and some never get to experience any joy from it. No one enjoys pain, and I don't understand why the older you get, the more pain you usually have. I'll fight to the end, even knowing the inevitable will come, as there are things on earth I enjoy, and things I haven't yet done. When you have children, you dedicate your lives to their futures, even though they can be ungrateful until they have children of their own, so they finally get it. It's never too late to do the things you always wanted to do, unless you give up.
  18. No, older men who don't look or act old, and who are good listeners.
  19. She only likes men who aren't a carbon copy of her ex and who accept her family, listen to her, and are attractive to her, so that leaves you out. And I was referring to the sheep they insist you are into.
  20. You started things by putting your penis where it didn't belong.
  21. The daycare is closed until tomorrow.
  22. Early Queen was great. Later Queen was pop, and I didn't like it much at all. Queen 1 and II were pretty good albums. Sheer Heart Attack and A Night At the Opera are classics, with many good songs on them. Freddie had one of the best male voices in rock.Brian May one of the better guitarists in rock also.
  23. Texas is home to me. New Jersey was home before that. This is home now, but has never felt like home. That's why I'll be moving asap.
  24. I'm thinking, after a childhood of not being around his parents much, he wasn't too happy then. His gifts of singing and lyricism gave him a better life, and it appeared he was happy. He admits being promiscuous and that it was his downfall. He loved what he was doing, and he knows he made millions happy with his songs, so although he died way too soon, I think he was happy with what he did and had.
