  1. Extremist, violent groups such as antifa are not allowed. Again, get over it.
  2. The only relevance Putin has in this discussion is that he has banned X in Russia. I'm not the one agreeing with Putin unlike some of the leftists on here so perhaps take it up with them.
  3. If accurate, thats a 1000 extra criminals imported a year. Considering also that if the arrivals are not each earning circa £40K per year then they are a net drain on the economy, and I don't even think that includes the cost of the extra infrastructure needed (schools, hospitals, gp surgerys, roads, transport links) to support these extra people and, regardless of cost, it is not even possible to build it quickly enough so these people are lessoning the quality of life for those already living in the UK - including the existing immigrants. The only "benefit" is that it has a minor increase on the GDP of the country, but this comes with a negative impact on GDP per capita - the one that is important to the individual. Of course none of this is allowed to be considered now as the narrative has been accepted by the dimwits that the discontent was "far right thuggery" and no-one had a legitimate concern, so the problem will be once again kicked down the road until the next preventable horror occurs and we go through it all over again.
  4. Sounds like you want to regulate peoples thoughts? I'm sure I read a book that covered this kind of thing. So long as its legal speech (X does not allow illegal speech) then what is the problem?
  5. You know which countries have banned X? China, Russia, Iran, North Korea, Pakistan and a few others. Interesting you think Labour should do the same, says quite a lot about you.
  6. If someone fails asylum and you cannot prove their identity how do you deport them and where do you send them to?
  7. You can take away Tommy Robinson and you can take away Elon Musk but it would be delusional to think that would solve anything as they are just the symptoms. They are not the problem. The problem is that over 1 million people arrive in the UK per year and it is impossible to integrate this number of people into the UK. Some of those arrivals do not even want to integrate into the UK, and hate the west, but just want to indulge in its generosity. These people live in silos. All of this would be easier for the existing citizens of the UK to cope with if the arrivals (and children of the arrivals - 2nd generation immigrants) did not commit crimes, rape children or commit acts of terrorism, but instead lived peaceably alongside the people of Britain. Does removing Tommy Robinson stop this from happening? No. All that happens is that someone else (another pantomime villain) stands up to highlight the problem as it hasn't gone anywhere.
  8. I've always seen the riots in the context of what started them, and what has happened before (BLM riots). 3 little girls being murdered and several others stabbed in a Taylor Swift dance class. Compared to that horror (which has all been forgotten about) and the sheer scale of the rioting with BLM then it doesn't quite compare really does it?
  9. You didn't read the article did you? Let me add a further quote: "There is currently limited legislation to tackle online disinformation in the UK, but Ofcom says this is changing. Following the riots, the telecoms watchdog has confirmed that new laws are set to come into force later this year." So for the price of one burnt out police vehicle, and a few bricks being thrown, the government has granted themselves authoritarian powers to silence dissent. Nobody has noticed because they are too busy looking at where they want you to look which is images of a man with some horrible tattoos and Tommy Robinson. You probably think this is fine, but imagine if the Tory government had these kind of powers. You think you would have heard about Party gate? The media nowadays rely on X/Twitter for stories. If they use these powers the only stories you will hear will be the ones that want you to. The UK is on a dark path.
  10. Dreaming stuff up? Think you need to take your head out of the sand. https://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/home-news/elon-musk-starmer-x-twitter-banned-uk-b2593108.html "Ofcom could soon receive new powers to ban social media platforms or even take legal action against tech bosses" So the UK could soon be amongst countries with similar minded governments such as these listed in the linked article. "It is currently blocked in China, Russia, North Korea, Turkmenistan, Myanmar, Iran, and Pakistan"
  11. Elon Musk is not letting Keir Starmer spout his nonsense unchallenged. Venezuela are blocking Twitter as the government there do not like to be criticised. Wonder how long it is before the UK follows suit?
  12. If I may remind you of the original topic which is "Labour Councillor Ricky Jones Arrested on Suspicion of "encouraging murder" at Protest which has nothing whatsover to do with nazi salutes. I was responding to your whataboutary so it is a bit rich to then claim mine is whataboutary isn't it?
  13. Yes, terrible. I can see two of them doing that in the linked article, and I would say this is without question as bad as those chanting "from the river to the sea" in the anti-jew hate marches in London every Saturday. Whatever punishment you deem is appropriate for these 2 nazi saluting individuals I would agree is equally appropriate for the thousands making those genocidal chants on the hate marches every week. What punishment should they face do you think?
  14. "Nazi sympathisers". If you read the linked article you would see that the only "evidence" that backs this up is "In footage shared to Twitter/ X, one man at a protest in Sunderland on Friday could be heard being complimented on his “awesome” and “pure British” tattoos, one of which was a swastika." Again. One man. Is this the standard now for demonising entire communities of people? Should people be applying this same standard to the muslim community or do you think that would be problematic?
  15. Thats the same photo of the same man doing the rounds over and over again to justify not talking about the underlying causes of the discontentment. One man. Which you are then using to tar everyone with the same brush. I presume you would have different standards for those that would show photos of grooming gang members to denigrate the entire muslim community so maybe try holding yourself up to those same standards.
  16. Violence begets violence. If the police are starting the violence then they are the cause of the violence. It matters not "how" injured he is. If the police are inciting the violence then they need to be arrested and put in front of the same judges everyone else is.
  17. Nope. This is the racist Labour MP I was referring to: https://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/politics/lauren-edwards-labour-mp-tweets-estonians-b2593308.html
  18. They have got another one. This man made a comment on facebook in an online chat with a family member so is now going to spend 12 weeks in jail. "A District Judge sitting at Carlisle’s Rickergate court jailed 31-year-old Billy Thompson after hearing that his Facebook message responded to news of a city centre dispersal order to prevent disorder with the words “Filthy ****ards.” The comment was accompanied by emojis showing an ethnic minority person and a gun." https://www.nwemail.co.uk/news/24506682.maryport-man-jailed-facebook-post-police-bid-stop-disorder/
  19. So whats your view on what should happen to the Labour MP with a fouler, more racist mouth than Tommy Robinson as that is what I was replying to?
  20. The example I used was the 2 gay fellas on their way back from a bingo hall. They shouted at the police, which I could be wrong but don't think this is a crime. They would also have a good case for police brutality as the dog handler set his dog on one of the first guy when it appeared he was complying with the police request to move back and he had his back turned when the handler moved his dog to allow it to attack him.
  21. I don't even think Tommy Robinson has said anything this bad. He should have been a leftist so he can say what he wants without any of the consequences.
  22. You are missing a few points from this. Let's take the example of the 2 gay men on their way back from the Bingo. When arrested they were remanded in custody without bail. This gives them 2 choices. Plead guilty and hope for a suspended sentence so they can go home - no doubt their lawyer would have suggested this as who goes to jail for shouting at the police during a protest (hint: nobody). If they had pleaded not guilty they would not get to go home and would be in jail until their trial. It's a very devious process. So no, it is not the same for everyone. The thugs from Manchester are not in custody - they are walking the streets. There is no urgent need to plead guilty to get to go home as they were granted bail - something that was denied to the 2 gay fellas on their way back from Bingo.
  23. You are probably too far down the rabbit hole with the Keir Starmer love-in stuff you posted, but here is a piece from the Telegraph that depicts accurately how Keir Starmer reacted to the BLM riots. It's a paywall link but the screenshot covers the salient points. Keir Starmer by peddling misinformation and labelling the protesters as "far right" (gay bingo attendees are not "far right" they are probably Labour voters) and refusing to consider that in the wake of 3 little girls being murdered by a 2nd generation immigrant people would be angry, he actually incited more violence. If he had been more conciliatory with his words it would no doubt have had a different outcome. Labour have never governed in a time of widespread social media and are not used to the fact they cannot control the narrative and the truth can still be posted (for now) on social media, which is probably why they are looking for any excuse to take that away. https://www.telegraph.co.uk/columnists/2024/08/08/keir-starmer-elon-musk-two-tier-far-right-riots/
  24. With literally zero self awareness the "National Black Police association" states there is no evidence that 2 tier policing exists, despite there being no National White Police association.
