If you need medical certs  from home country  and Covid  medical insurance cover  which is almost impossible to get  ,,  Flights wont be any use ,,,  Thai Government needs to clarify and simplify immigration rules

Regency will give you covid coverage, nothing like impossible to get as you mention.

...many airlines may have passenger requirements similar to this, some airline/flights with limited or no food/drink service:

    Mandatory safety requirements:

    1. Passengers must undergo all medical checks required prior to check-in and/or embarkation
    2. Passengers must wear masks, gloves and shoe covers during the flight.
    3. Passenger will not be allowed to take cabin baggage with them on board and instead will be accepted as check-in baggage , this will be in addition to their normal baggage allowance.
    4. Excess baggage will be collected according to normal rules.
    5. Passengers can take small personal belongings (VAL, electronics, and medication).
    6. Passenger shall strictly adhere to all verbal and/or written measures and instructions provided by the PIC and/or crew during flight, particularly in relation to health, safety, security and seat allocation or re-allocation;
    7. Passengers should ensure that full and accurate contact information are inserted in the booking; failure to provide such information will result in offloading the passenger.
    8. Passenger should ensure being at the airport three hours prior departure.
    9. Passenger should ensure that he/she is permitted to enter the country for which he/she issued the ticket.

    What airline is this?

    Qatar Air mention mask only.

The only one that concerns me is hand carry.

Moving the Thai new year from April to July is stupid ?

Western countries would have most likely cancelled public holidays than postponed but alas they did not so your point has no relevance.

You're comparing apples to oranges, Songkran is the biggest event of the thai calender not merely a 'public holiday' so your comparison has no relevance.

Tony’s gym on Soi Buakhao isn’t the best granted . Old and shoddy equipment and not the cleanest. But the prices are fair enough.

Theres just something about it I like though. Actually feels like your in Thailand if you go early evening . Can hear the old homeless, one screw loose man playing his flute, the market setting up and it’s smells and can feel that general sense of excitement that the night brings in Pattaya.

If you wanna lift something weights and have a run there’s nothing wrong with it.

    sounds lovely

    As I said......Watch this space ????

Just been having a look at the list of exemptions on the Gov website and it's massive, all sorts of people are exempt from the self isolation.

That reservoir is between Laem Chabang and Amata City, about 11 kms (straigth line) from the top of the Mabprachan reservoir. I guess the pipe they are working on feeds into Mabprachan and then out to the areas listed in the notice.

No big deal. It seems where I am (soi Khao Noi) we've only been getting water once every 3 days as it is. Had it yesterday (decent pressure even for a change). Didn't have it for 3 days (or so) before that. Had it before that for a day (less pressure but enough to top up my tanks and let me do a load of laundry). Didn't have any for a couple days before that.

Double edged sword here though. They want the tourists back in a hurry, but if they come that places an even higher demand on the water and they are having severe shortages as it is.
And that "barely enough to make the road look wet" rain we're having this morning isn't doing much to help.

But it's rainy season ( at the moment ) so you should have sufficient rainfall ( maybe ) before the tourists return ( date still unknown ) in high season.

They never had a shortage of water issue ( as far as i know ) in the past ( for the tourist areas ).

    Thank you.

    Very cool graphic!

On current baht bus stuff I know nothing.

I did have an unpleasant experience the other day though returning from Pattaya.

When paying I tried to gingerly drop a 10 baht coin into the driver's hand without touching his hand.

He was having none of it.

The rogue SOB grabbed my hand in a sort of hand shake rape!

There was significant hand to hand skin contact.

It was so abrupt that he got a verbal shock reaction out of me (no doubt resulting in a mega spray of droplets even a mask of titanium couldn't have fully blocked).

You made physical contact with another human - OMG, are you ok?
