  1. What are the names of some of these 'chemsex for drug fuelled orgies' drugs .... asking for a friend...
  2. I try and train 5 days a week, ( I am 53 and in good health). I use a mixture of TRX and Bodylastics (resistance bands), and do CV work either running around a lake near me (weather permitting) or static bike. If you are older than this and have health worries I would recommend Bodylastics (very cheap on Lazada), easy to set up anywhere, it will exercise every muscle group, and you can set your own resistance (kilograms), good for flexibility and to keep muscles from atrophying, also is easy on the joints. Example training programme: Mon Back and Biceps and 15k static bike Tue Chest and Triceps and 5k run Wed Shoulders and Legs Thurs Rest day upper body 20k static bike or 5k run Fri Repeat from the top.. I do the above programme but 85% of the time it is with TRX not bodylastics. As I say this is just an example you can adjust it around to suit your health conditions/age. Always go and get checked out by your Doctor before embarking on any exercise programme.
  3. I'm offended by that word Dick, it has traumatised me....(sarcasm intended)
  4. Mary Poppins film age rating raised over 'discriminatory language' Just saw this on the bbc UK news...unbelievable..... also a sub article at the bottom of the page Watership Down (the kids cartoon version) would have it's age classification raised because of 'strong violence' and 'unacceptable language'...... Some people out there really do need to get a life.....they must just spend their life trawling the internet looking for things to be offended by...pathetic... https://www.bbc.com/news/entertainment-arts-68402362 https://www.bbc.com/news/entertainment-arts-35924936
  5. I will probably get untold sad and confused emoiji's for this but it will be well worth it.... https://m.facebook.com/reel/2628701067293965/
  6. I I have been paying national insurance for nearly 40 years, and am a veteran ,why should a scumbag who is probably a criminal/ wannabe rapist/ terrorist who illegally entered UK in a small boat , be entitled to one penny of that..
  7. The lighting pole then fled the scene.. but was found later hiding at it's mums house...
  8. If pit bulls are so friendly and lovable.. 'would not hurt a fly' / 'would lick you death' / is great with kids.... then why are they banned in so many countries..???? Are hundreds of dog experts around the world wrong ..and don't know what they are on about..?? A couple of blokes on AN are obviously much more knowledgeable.. So why are they banned in so many countries.. could it be because they are bred for aggressiveness and can cause catastrophic and often fatal injuries very quickly..??
  9. Especially with that huge bag strapped to the sidecar blocking even more of his view...
  10. Nope... I still have you miles ahead....
  11. Agree about the illness.. but could have been ok in the morning, like all the other times they sent him to school and he came home alive...

  13. I don't have an answer for you (sorry) but if you do get it working could you post details about where you got the machine, cost, delivery and dimensions, is it big enough to run on without shortening your stride?? etc, as this looks like something I have been after for a while... many thanks. Martin.
  14. Went to Savannakhet last Tuesday/Wednesday for multiple entry, non o visa based on marriage, the link above from Dr Jack is everything you need, I went with all on the list and was in and out of the office in 45 seconds. Picked up my visa next day. My 400k was seasoned, but one bloke behind me in the queue ( Brit) his 400k had only been in the bank about 5 days, and he also picked up his visa the next day. Just stick to the above list from the link and it should be fine.. good luck.
  15. Google him you can see all the other great Indian food he does... The Curry Guy ... the link is for air fryer onion bhajis... I did it a few times, but they are so much better deep fried. https://greatcurryrecipes.net/2020/11/17/air-fryer-onion-bhajis/
  16. Yep.. they are better than quite a few restaurants I have eaten in... I use a recipe from 'The Curry Guy' and I tinkered with it for my own personal taste...
  17. Just done a big batch of Onion Bhaji's .... mmmmmmm
  18. Judging from the number plate, I'd say his suicide bomb went off early
  19. I am off to Savannakhet on Mon to do the same as you, get the 90 non o type immi visa ( not an extension), Below is a screen shot from another poster who did this on 12th Jan at Savannakhet. The text at the bottom reads that the 400k did not need seasoning, just had to be in the bank on day of application. When I get back Wed/Thurs I will post a quick update if there are any new requirements for this visa.
  20. There is a ticket booth in Mor Chit on its own ,,, decent buses to Korat and not very busy... used them a few times ... no complaints about the service...
  21. Go onto onwardticket.com , you can get them there. Prices start at about $12 (non refundable) but it gives a confirmed booking that can be checked with the airline for anyone who wants to look into the booking. But be aware some will only hold for 48 hours. But you will get a confirmation email from the airline and you can download a genuine ticket for attaching to your e visa application. If you do a google search for onward tickets there are quite a few companies doing them.. Hope this helps.
