US Senator John Fetterman checks into hospital with severe depression
Phoenix Rising replied to Scott's topic in World News
I could ask what NABAT stands for but I don't care, so I won't. Setting aside for the moment your claim that Fetterman's "true condition" was "reprehensible", why/how was is reprehensible? I believe that since the GOP has turned into a fascist party who's elected representatives have, almost to a person, sacrificed their souls on the MAGA altar in order to cling to power. What Fetterman may or may not have done in the way of not being completely forthcoming is perfectly fine with me. In fact, I applaud it. The Dems could be fielding a herd of syphilitic donkeys for all I care. In almost every case it would be a huge step up from what the GOP would choose to run. -

Well, as political shenanigans go you gotta admit that compared to the coup attempt this is pretty mild stuff, right? -

And still they're beating the GOP candidates hands down!???? I could ask you what that told you about the loonies the GOP is fielding but that would be a total waste of time, wouldn't it. -

The Thai judicial system is a political tool, just like the armed forces. Gotta say I find it hilarious those foreigners who keep on bleeting endlessly about "the convicted criminal" when a plethora of unconvicted criminals in high positions are paraded daily on TV, and they don't say a single word about them! -
Could this corruption scandal signal the end of the EU ?

This will have absolutely NO impact on the EU as you will see yourself when you rejoin. -

I hope you're not holding your breath. -
I've had this issue with several pairs of fairly cheap earplugs. Finally invested a bit more money on a pair that are ergonomically fit for the ear and now I can do whatever exercises I want and they don't fall out. I just twist them in and there they stay until I want to remove them. This is the model I'm using but I'm sure there are lots of other brands/models that can do the same. https://www.lazada.co.th/products/aukey-ep-t35-portable-sport-true-wireless-earbuds-10mm-driver-bluetooth-51-ipx7-ep-t35-i4213401531-s16596701371.html?from_gmc=1&exlaz=d_1:mm_150050845_51350205_2010350205::12:19039203577!!!!!c!!16596701371!585304507&gclid=CjwKCAiAuaKfBhBtEiwAht6H78m4KwWyWotL_FiAptgcEbben5s6Koex1M8LRDqivdvynlCK5FCsZxoCXFoQAvD_BwE

I disagree regarding electrical shavers. I have what I consider normal/slightly above normal facial hair growth and although nothing can beat a manual razor of good quality I find that high end electrical shavers can give me a more than adequate shave. The shavers they produce today aren't the same as those on offer 10-15-20 years ago, they are a lot better. As long as the shaver heads are replaced regularly (and more frequent that the producers recommend) I'm more than happy using electrical shavers, although I do use a manual razor a couple of times a month just for the feel it gives.

Interesting. Never occurred to me that the specs would be different for machines sold in Asia. That means I will definitively wait until I visit my home country before buying a new one.

Thanks, I know but when I buy something that I use every day and is such an important part of my morning routine I'm not willing to go cheap.

Looking to buy a new electric razor and am looking at a Braun 7 series model. Where in Pattaya would they have the best selection of razors?
