Why Do Thai Girls Love Getting Tattoos?
ChaiyaTH replied to SoCal1990's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
Has nothing to do with P4P girls but has everything to do with the remaining few that are still obedient and living the traditional thai scheme game rather than having become more free etc. Go to any university and at least 50% will have a tattoo. Even many 'traditional' girls will have a small one that can be hidden with clothes. But hey, ignorance is a bliss. -
Warning Signs: The Looming Collapse of a Critical Ocean System
ChaiyaTH replied to Social Media's topic in World News
Oh wait, so suddenly the thing that conspiracy thinkers said is actually the case, now slowly turns to be the case? Which means an actually cooling of the planet rather than a warming of it? Or does this finally confirms that climate always changes and that it in reality has very very little to do with our human input. The continent of africa is also breaking up, eventually forming a new ocean, but can take another 500K years. -
Israeli Attacked in Thailand by German Tourist, Report Says

Like saying anything that they do not like about them is automatically that right lol. Similar to how the racist card is always thrown at white people when stating certain things to certain people. -
Israeli Attacked in Thailand by German Tourist, Report Says
ChaiyaTH replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Seems they somehow work hard to get a protected status here with all the news lately.. Always on maximum speaker volume if something happens to them but not the other way around of course. Rarely the full story. This stuff is not gonna work in Thailand. Anyway hope the guy will be ok and the guy hitting gets his punishment anyway. -
Sounds like a lot of BS to me, my girlfriend and parents have over 100 rai of land as well a paid off house, truck, and they work without other debts so she was essentially neither poor or rich, and she had a student loan without any issues. However the part where it really is that bad, is the interest rate part on it together with the pay back terms. Would obviously be cheaper to take out a loan back home, if possible, compared to that.

Sukhumvit Nightlife: Who’s Keeping It Alive?
ChaiyaTH replied to 123Stodg's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
True the issue of fewer people is everywhere, even on islands where all housing is booked, restaurants and bars look scarily empty most of the time. Does still have the difference of pricing and offers tho. -

Since they did the scam inflation prices I simply moved to other areas in Bangkok. Same for entertainment, I started going to the Thai venues where they apparently can still offer you a gogo with the same alcohol for a fraction of the price, so clearly it is not 'inflation'. I only still like to visit the irish pub in cowboy for a cider once a in a while but that's about it. -
Today I met the first farang returning home because of exchange rate
ChaiyaTH replied to nofarang's topic in Central Thailand
Rates are already the same again as I said when this topic was started... Will only improve more over time. If you can't live of the bottom range of rates you should not live here to begin with. -
DBD to Investigate 27,000 Thai Nominee Businesses in 2025
ChaiyaTH replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
And once again the true nature comes out, now they are getting desperate... Not seeing they will only damage their economy more because they simply depend on foreigners to do business here, to make it even better, they need way more of us. Thais are not productive at all, neither do they bring the money on top of the fact they are in debt + not make enough children. It seems they steer this country to a direction with even more power by very few while they might get richer from it the overall country will suffer from it. But wait, they actually do that everywhere same as the Food program already does a test project with Iris scan ID's for food stamps and more for illegal immigrants. You can be sure the dinosaurs here would love to do stuff like that with Thais. They will soon all get this UBI from the BIS anyway. Winter is coming. -
Marrying a Thai Wife: Overrated or Underrated?
ChaiyaTH replied to SoCal1990's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
As I said it is very very rare, I guess that actually quite a few of these people are on a forum like this, as it's a old forum. I think 1/20 is even very optimistic. I met 1 person who still is together (20 years now) but they also knew each other since late 20s. Also it seems they only stay together because they know they both old. -

Sounds to me that it then is better to get the sex on a freelance basis for overall success and happiness as well sustainability. -
Marrying a Thai Wife: Overrated or Underrated?
ChaiyaTH replied to SoCal1990's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
Has zero to do with the girl having lived abroad, has everything to do with to which extent she embraces western culture. The few that do that are always very easy to deal with or to date and be in a relationship with. One doesn't need to go abroad to do this, the world already visits here. They say this usually happens when they were with foreigners from a young age. You can even see this on the islands where locals all speak English and the ones that do well, start living like 50% westerners themselves, even have western friends etc. I'm pretty sure all this has a lot to do with the low average IQ levels around too. Those can't adapt easily. Like the language is just 1 item, it's the same with farming; zero innovation or production increase in decades. There is a general disinterest in anything other than food, sleeping, entertainment on demand. -

Overrated big time obviously. Be real, if you come across 1/20 that still is together after 15 years it is a miracle. -
Thailand vs Panama. Decisions Decisions!
ChaiyaTH replied to BarBoy's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
Funny to read this, I have been digging into Panama as a starting point after flying to Brazil as of the visa's for Thais. I am planning to flag my sailboat either with Panama or Marshall Islands so far. However for living itself I was more looking into other places, well, i will just drift around coastal cruising mainly. Considering to do that 6 months a year, or all year except for hurricane season, and spend those months in Thailand. Solves the tax issues too and nature is far greater over there. Cost wise I do not really see a significant difference either. The cost of a second hand boat is also peanuts (40-50K) it earns itself back + retains value faster than a condo here. It would be a write off regardless compared to hotel and flight costs saved. Thailand does not really have anything to offer aside of weed and cheap easy girl access. -
Thai man loses 372,000 baht to nursing student in scam wedding
ChaiyaTH replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
Ehh, a 40 year old here is just as much of a child, that's my point, it does not really changes, you only will have a good excuse to be ripped if it was a 23 year old VS a 43 year old at age 50-60. Any relationship in asia is at least partly about the money, to still deny that, is what i call real stupidity. Does that mean the girl not loves you? Possible. Does that mean she can love you? Possible too. -

Ehh that is absolute nonsense, those that you meet in private hospitals are often from rich families and studied abroad. They do not have these issues to begin with. -

You are the biggest moron if you actually think it's different when the girl is 40. -
If you're a Spanish national who has lost your passport or identity card outside of Spain, you can apply for a laissez-passer at the Spanish consulate in Bangkok: Documents You'll need to bring the following documents to the consulate: A lost record from the Thai police station A copy of your lost passport or ID card, if you have one Two 3.5 x 4.5 cm photographs A completed form from the embassy reception Fees The laissez-passer costs 600 THB in cash. Application You must apply in person at the consulate. Minors and people without legal capacity must be accompanied by their parents or guardians. Validity The laissez-passer is only valid for the time it takes to complete a single trip to Spain. Surrendering You must surrender the laissez-passer to the police upon entry to Spain, or at a police station within three working days of arrival.
-
Untrue that entirely depends, nowadays they can process the new passports with QR codes etc in them, in around 4-5 working days, for Europeans. You just have to ask for the emergency option which often costs 10-20 euro more. The new passports only exist since a few weeks. I have never seen them caring about your actual visa as well, they did not check mine when renewing it nor a friend who lost his (german). The german did first get a temporary one but shortly after also a permanent new one. Guess that in your case a emergency one can be enough, as you are on overstay, your plan of saying i want to leave december 2nd is obivously stupid. You will leave as soon you get the document. Basically you should just bring the police report and hopefully a scan/copy of your lost passport, that you have on your phone at all times ( .....? ). If your parents are not Spanish by birth it might be more complicated too.

Thai man loses 372,000 baht to nursing student in scam wedding
ChaiyaTH replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
Love makes you blind is once again confirmed to be true... Cliche thing nowadays tho, girls who try to use guys for paying their education. Well no wonder, it costs like half a million baht to study like this girl does, my girlfriend did the same, while the starting salaries are still only 15K.... And there is even a lot of interest on these loans too, many parents don't even understand the terms. Essentially I am paying off my girlfriend education debt while she only worked 2 years, as it was not worth working compared to being a mom at home. Came down to something like this: Salary after taxes and forced insurance: 14,700 baht. Education debt: 4,700 baht (for 20 years). Real salary: 10,000 baht. 7/11 workers laugh at them. Even with a 20-23K salary in Bangkok it is a bad deal, as in that case there is additional rent and transport costs on top of the averages. Do some nurses in private hospitals earn 40-60K per month? Yes, that is the honey pot but few do that. A few doctors I know, not nurses, have double that education debt and their wage is also only double. So essentially they not really earn until age 40-45 and by then there was inflation for decades + the wages are often not increasing with that. Hence you always see Thais flashing dollars from that age. Anyway best advice to a Thai: start a business instead with some borrowed money after doing a job X years. Studying in this country is a waste of time anyway. I know girls from private schools who now are maids in hotels in europe while they could have their wage in passive income if their parents invested it instead. -
Supect China involvement in sabotage in Baltic sea
ChaiyaTH replied to Hummin's topic in UK & Europe Topics and Events
Yeah right accusing China and Russia again while it in reality will have been the US navy or CIA. You biden ass lickers still don't get it do you, it's ovaahh. What would you do when executing such operation? I would wait for another country to be nearby too so I can blame them. Also very funny that all these sattelites and technology that can even capture presence of UFO's, can not find back a missing malaysian plane, a ship at the gas pipes, and now at the Internet cables. Who profited from the gas pipes? USA selling Europe a lot of liquid gas?
