Knife-wielding Portuguese lady refuses to pay taxi in Phuket (video)
ChaiyaTH replied to webfact's topic in Phuket News
You would almost think they pay foreigners to make bad news with cannabis now since the PM his crazy statements to France. -
Foreigner Questions Thai Dowry: Netizens Respond
ChaiyaTH replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
No dowry should be given, or a very very subtle one, this one is too much already, if she is 47 years old, was likely married before and even had kids + grand kids already. Only a foreigner would fall for that joke, so it is super funny to see Thais even defending it as not a single Thai guy would be doing that. It is 100% obvious that this is another money marriage from the very start, hence the 4 year online relationship at start too. Now he needs to buy a car and house over time, if not done already, and supply moneess every month, else they gonna kick him out. -
Foreigner condemned for driving car on Kamala Beach in Phuket
ChaiyaTH replied to webfact's topic in Phuket News
Think you still would need to take it on a bridge and clean it under the car to avoid remains of sand and salt. -

Passenger charges soar at six major Thai airports
ChaiyaTH replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
30 baht increase, how is that even newsworthy, that is even below inflation average in percentage. Well yes on domestic it is quite a bit more, but still, 30 baht is really the last issue. -
German and Canadian charged for illegal kung fu course
ChaiyaTH replied to snoop1130's topic in Koh Samui News
I could give them another 20-40 names of people doing the exact same there right now, hope they are in progress doing those too -
That is a temporary exemption, in most cases you won't even be allowed to board a plane abroad. Another misleading nonsense comment. This because they introduced it out of nowhere and in a rush, even during the start of the high season (last year). So for anyone reading this in a few months: YOU DO need to apply upfront, and then you can fly to Malaysia without issues. Don't listen to these old sheeps, it's gonna cost you a flight. This will soon be worldwide btw, also in Europe by 2025-2026.

Has again zero to do with the actual question and answer, you must be a bunch of old trolls with no life, that kill their own playground (this site) with a slow death. Hope you and your palls, the miserable answers and comment writers here, realize, that they will stop paying for the server, the less people come here. It's already half the visitors since just 2 years ago.

We westerners call it toilet paper, in reality it is just general tissue paper with the only difference for kitchen paper is it being thicker layered and for that reason, more expensive. Add to that that they never even use toilet paper in the toilets itself, they must be disgusted even more than we are, by the fact we use that to wipe our ass off without using any water, having done number 2.

"No Weed" signs have appeared in my Condo building..
ChaiyaTH replied to bobbin's topic in Thailand Cannabis Forum
I can tell you as a smoker, that I actually have gotten problems by now, from the burning up north, both my throat, nose and eyes, while I never had anything close to that after a night out with 2 packs of cigarets, hitting the bong a few times and talking all day long. Not to talk smoking good, but just telling you, that is entirely different, my best guess is that this burning smog is like being in a room with 100 cigarettes at once, without the smell. I guess like many others, I have been lucky in many years during burning season to not really get much issues from it, but this year I did get it. For that reason will also be the last year I'm there. I mean there is like 30,000 people up north knocking on hospital doors for help due to it, those amounts weren't even seen during covid. -
3 year old Thai girl injured in Pink Line MRT liquid cement incident
ChaiyaTH replied to webfact's topic in Bangkok News
On the first incident they said they would inspect across Bangok to avoid any accidents again, there been like 5 already since lol, in just a few months time. -
I'm confused, they now also require money proof for non-o visa in Savannakhet? That was like one of the few places left where it was not needed? Or is this only for the multi entry one and not single ones? In Hanoi they also require it but it would just be a print out statement, I don't even know if that has now changed again as well, that would be very miserable as most would come without it. It defeats the entire purpose of this visa as well, the entire benefit of this visa is that you do not need the money, as you might as well be someone who comes and goes 3 months on and off. Also just generally speaking, many, also at younger ages, might not have this money together yet. This does not change they do have a wife or even children. Just really lost their mind.

Means absolutely nothing, the websites are essentially nothing more than landing pages with unique refferal codes for the people promoting it anyway. The actual casino things just keep running, all they have to do is use some new IP addresses and it's back online. Same for the 'websites' by just registering another domain name. The fact they took down so many, if that is not just another lie as well, means there are hundreds of thousands left online.

Selling US Gold Coins
ChaiyaTH replied to Skeptic7's topic in Jobs, Economy, Banking, Business, Investments
I'd be interested, I think you should post on Facebook really, you will also get more from a P2P sale than going to a shop. Shops like in lotus or big c are there to mainly sell what they have, not to buy random stuff and be bothered to even test if it is gold etc etc. You need to go to some real gold shop in that case, likely older ones, Chinatown areas. -
Reforestation seen as only viable smog solution

Yeah I'm aware, I am early 30s but saw this coming when I was 15 already and moved here at 20. At least here it is somehow still the old world aside from more pleasant to live, and if it all goes down, I at least had a decade plus of good times. And actually until I was 13/14 it was all good too (no smartphones yet). I have like a few brothers and sisters, all younger, 4 years from each other, and boy, it changed hardcore after that, downhill I mean.. I heard Florida just made it illegal for kids to use social media or something, until that age (13-14), makes perfect sense. Anyway I'm heading off-topic now. ---- In terms of technology etc, it is not hard to understand that if the future is AI, robots etc, who can basically do everything, and that those things usually in majority are always owned by companies. That means that we soon depend more on individual companies and it's owners, than we depend on governments. This alone is a threat to humanity.
