Pretty sure they will like you to scream wisdom to them while they are on the other side behind bars while 20 fellow prisoners are also screaming and talking to their visitors. If you wanna help someone, the best is likely to donate money, so they can buy things in the shop.

Are Thai men getting tired of foreigners with thai women?
ChaiyaTH replied to Elkski's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
Yeah right, thats why boat loads of them in 25-45s are single too and the biggest purchasers of XL massage toys on lazada and shopee… and most active on dating sites. The only thing you are right about on that end is that they would try to date and certainly not do a short time or for money. Even all of them cost money sooner or later. Yes i am talking about bachelor degree thai ladies in bangkok with proper jobs. -
Non-Immigrant Type “O” Visiting family changed?
ChaiyaTH replied to mania's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Is just insane to then not be able and get a 90 day visa hassle free, while various nationalities even get that on arrival for tourism. Im not even joking, at this point doing the tourist visa and arrivals is even easier for long stayers almost. It makes me especially sick for those with child visa’s, as of literally taking care of a Thai minor. -
Are Thai men getting tired of foreigners with thai women?

Yes. Thai economy is down and girls here always look for better options, so now likely more eyes are on foreigners or the good money stories of girls who do do foreigners already. Thai guys are aware we make 3-5-10-20x daily what they do, thats why they are always vigilant AF when walking with their girls on the market. But its not as if thai guys are jealous on us with the discarded girls they no longer wanted once they hit 22 or older. No thats really not the case. It is their girlfriends who secretly eye us or our girlfriend or both, or gossip and talk with friends abt money and foreigners. in a way, imagine we are them, i would also see the foreigner as a threat / enemy. In fact even we are not, any guy who likes our girls, and has more money, doesnt look worse, is a threat. its naive to think its not. -
Non-Immigrant Type “O” Visiting family changed?
ChaiyaTH replied to mania's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
I dont even get this logic as a non-o by default is 90 days, and they mention 60 days or less while one could then get a tourist visa hassle free….. they lost it! -

Meanwhile she (the miss), can get a 6 months and then 5 year visa for entire europe, based on the chavez agreement (cant split parents from children). no money proof, no complicated nothing. After 2 times she even be resident / passport holder. -
Non-Immigrant Type “O” Visiting family changed?

Seems it is slowly a standard now everywhere to ask this insane requirement of money sum even people just obtain a single entry child or marriage visa. I still cant believe this is really true too, i even considered before moving back to europe for a few years due to business and then just obtaining these visa’s hassle free: would make zero sense to then need and deposit or show 400k baht or similar at all. it is easier to just come as a tourist at this point…. -
400k for non-O multiple entry
ChaiyaTH replied to Nayet's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
No your crystal clear, he always thinks we make these new requirements up. For your info; many already demand the 400k proof for even single entries. -
You can do a pill for like 5-6K baht if it is very recent, otherwise up to like 12-16 weeks can be done at a few hospitals in Bangkok, the cost regardless of being Thai or not is I think 12-20K baht. I know someone who done it recently but not remember which specific hospital it was, but good care and all good. I guess some searches in Thai will tell you this. If it is too late for the pill but under the 10-12 weeks, suction could be possible at various clinics nationwide. They changed the laws here so it is not illegal anymore to do this, and to be a foreigner they would even care less.

Foreigners and their overseas income: what next?
ChaiyaTH replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Dream on, Thai economy would be done and over, that's how corrupt it is. Same all those smart camera's for helmets and red lights, gone in 9/10 places. This is the entire issue with basically anything and everything, including making visa's easy digitally / online. -
Sounds like history repeating itself for Spain, no different for Thailand that is why all good ones are in Vietnam.

E-extension 30 days within Thailand
ChaiyaTH replied to ChaiyaTH's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
The fact they still require and need that is pathetic in the first place, this is just a legitimate new way of scamming people of bribe money for 'additional' service. Service I never received and paid 2400 baht for (1900 visa fee and 500 fee). Thailand deserves misery and they will get it, it already started anyway. Started the application way in time, supplied all documents, they confirmed this was even fine with the ''immigration official'' except my TM30 file, which was provided too, no reply, while my meeting is due in like 14 hours. Pathetic, they lost the last 1% respect I had for them, fk them really. Rather leave. All I ever said, and was fought down for by the local dementia old retirees, turned out to be right, since before covid started, and I signed up. I can't recall a Single point I made, that not turned out to be truth and reality. I can only wish to be wrong. This includes the clot shots most oldies here got. No wonder foreigners lynch Thais left and right, I feel like that by now myself too. Ready for the first trying me out, to KO him. The irony of it all, is that almost anyone I speak who is 18-25-28 (students mainly), fully agree with me / us. -

E-extension 30 days within Thailand
ChaiyaTH replied to ChaiyaTH's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Seriously? I already read this in a rare other post as well, I hoped that to be false news... The entire point of providing the documents they asked, is the same as those documents again printed regardless? WTF! And let me guess, on top of that i still have to fill in the application form as usual then too? Then there is like zero difference while they charged me 500 baht more. Only benefit might be, if it is even busy, I'd still be in and out in 30 minutes. As of expecting the worst I have already printed all the usual required documents, so I guess i will be good with that, but would suck to still have to fill out the normal application form with photo on top again too... I was thinking this would be all dealt online, as all they basically need (even they don't need half of what i did need to provide), and it would then be like, he is checked: quick photo + stamp and out + paperless. The way it is in reality it doesn't make sense to charge the entire sum upfront as well, just the service fee would be enough then and pay the 1900 baht on location, if you still need to bring papers as usual too... Next time I will save the 500 baht and spend it on beers out of frustration once done. I feel kind of scammed, like paying an agent to arrange your bus ticket while it turns out to be same as buying on counter. -
Thailand explores extending emergency coverage to foreign tourists
ChaiyaTH replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
By International law, this is a standard, but I guess you don't know that either. Secondly, 99% of tourists have insurance or pay for their medical care here. -
Thailand explores extending emergency coverage to foreign tourists
ChaiyaTH replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Thailand explores more ways to get money out of people their pockets, as they realize, they can't keep the lies up as numbers never lie, and they are short of cash = in 1 sentence what this articles writes about, without the lies. For example, they never mention that they charge huge amounts to all foreigners in hospitals with insurance, which effectively usually means that that foreigner his/her insurance paid 2-3X the normal prices, shouldn't that be plenty already to compensate the rare hospital bill runners? ..... Why are the few rare foreigners not paying, a huge threat to the healthcare system, if they can care endless Thais on a 30 baht scheme? .... -
E-extension 30 days within Thailand
ChaiyaTH replied to ChaiyaTH's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
To add: knowing how miserable this likely is going to end, I already prepared all documents, to still apply traditionally and pay again, if no update by today. To also add: they confirmed all my documents and initial checks to do this extension were fine, except to complain over no end date in the TM30 screenshot + then go dark. -
No, I am not suggesting things. I am telling you that it is possible to do so, would be fund to apply it here for the first time with you as a test case.
