  1. There are dozens available in all sizes, you clearly haven't done a simple google search so far then.
  2. What are you smoking? Myanmar is not even on the right side of the map if talking about koh phangan. Regarding to beaches, you clearly haven't seen much yet if you think haad rin is the best one. Plenty of southern Thai food to be found as well. Last but not least, people are not skinny, they are actually how people are supposed to be and once used to be.
  3. Just about having a bank account offshore, then you can connect that to any broker essentially. Common KYC documents will be passport, utility bill or bank statement for address proof etc. At eightcap you can actually even deposit with crypto, same for withdrawals. Even better.
  4. So just move to another provider then? There are various I believe starts from 4-5K a year.
  5. You can get the sell rate by exchanging via crypto without any issues, I usually make break-even or even up to 1% profit on my monthly transfer to Thailand. People still live in the old world.
  6. I have been buying and selling without issues on satang.com and aside from that also on various exchanges with the Peer 2 Peer trading options without any fees. Dozens of Thai buyers and Sellers with limits of 500 baht to a million per transaction. Yes there are some limitations to foreigners but should soon be out of the way again too. Kasikorn just bought satang.com and the biggest billionaire partners up with Binance, who just cleared issues by paying 4 billion USD in settlement to USA (what a amazing timing of the billionaire). Best options however are the P2P trading anyway.
  7. One earns too little if needing to track personal expenses IMHO. You simply know what you earn or average earn and then you can set a budget that should pay all bills, goes to investing / saving, and the rest is history. Sleeping alone already costs us 1/3rd of life in total, why on earth would one waste time on this. If feeling the need to track things, it should be time, people would be shocked.
  8. Looks like some amazing quality material, so renewals needed within 5-7 years again.
  9. A lot of (single) mothers in Thailand seem to have the exact pattern as the OP describes, the only difference then often being is that the child is raised by other family members or often the grandparents. The child essentially only sees their parents 1-2 times a year, must be super confusing. In this case I believe the OP and she is on top of that also typical crazy, is creepy, sounds almost like she does feel the guilt (naturally as she is the mother), same time not give a <deleted> (typical thai too, selfish). Would almost make me think she just wants to show off how healthy and good her son looks, for her reputation, as well that he likely is her retirement. Doubt you would lose in court to be honest. I would just move and pretend to have lost her contacts, doubt she will be able to find you then. Why didn't you move in all the years? If not planning on relocating, I would at least make sure you have proper CCTV, to document all these events, it would specially be helpful on unexpected evenings at 9PM. This can also document how she behaves, aside from the last notice text messages etc. Would even audio record all conversations. Judges are no low life idiots here, they will want the best possible future for a Thai child.
  10. Not sure which clown laughed about my comment, it could actually been done already 1000 times since the OP started this topic, cost free, in minutes.
  11. People who like to do good? Well forget about that one, they all try to screw each other over. That will only worsen over the years too.
  12. My best guess is that the person who booked this private party is one of the rich co-owners, maybe the penthouse level units. Likely just bribed the manager, to have such location would be worth 50-150-250K baht on NYE with riverside view.
  13. Yeah Netherlands suffers immensely since it had weed shops and a fair percentage of the population uses that instead of drinking alcohol. For sure it is better for society as a whole if the majority drinks alcohol instead only.
  14. So soon you buy your joints and weed again in normal bars, and as long you are not caught with possession, nothing can be wrong as it's not illegal to be tested positive on it. Zero logic once again if they are actually gonna close down most of the weed shops.
  15. You just opened up a can of worms, they would never have known about it if you did not mention them in the first place. Should just go to a offline place within Thailand itself and start with the application, from a tourist visa, if you are then approved, you pay after and it's a done deal anyway.
  16. That's some real nonsense. But herding all the people into manual queues was deemed safer >< Well, just like they closed down all the open air chlorine swimming pools here...
  17. A simple AI camera would actually resolve that issue too. But I agree, just make it all digital and no more stamps. I also wonder if this stuff causes confusion later on, as you have these missing exit stamps in the passport. If the computer <deleted> up, and you have no stamp to proof it, that be a interesting story. Then a automatic payment window with QR scan or notes insert for overstay fines lol. We joke about it now but likely true in the future. Vietnam already has those huge ATM machines with multiple displays where you can have appointments in video call for loans or what so ever lol.
  18. It's very simple, you scan your passport just like IO have with mobile apps, then it shows if you are OK, overstay or wanted. If that happens the light will be red instead of green and the gate won't open. A few IO can oversee entire rows of automated exit gates and will then obviously come to you, to further check you at a manual check-out. Simple as that. In Netherlands they are even smarter, as you have to first get inside it, if you are then not good, you will be stuck in between of 2 doors like a cow who is about to get milked. Not sure if they also have those here soon.
  19. Pai is famous with the ones on super low budgets in phangan, many sit out there during the high season as they can't afford a rental on island.
  20. The duke's for sure I guess, best to check their facebook too. The luxury hotels will likely also have something on offer with dinner.
