If you wanna do a girl daily and then also some drinks in the bars left and right, that easily can be 3-5K daily already. If you would do strictly the short time version girls, and perhaps via dating sites instead of bars, you could get it at 1-1.5K per time. So basically to keep things actually fun, I would already forget about renting for so much money, that is an absolute waste with that budget. If you would rent for max 30-40K including utilities, your plan is realistic, and still leaves room for some holidays and stuff too. If you gonna live that lifestyle, the cheaper you rent is actually the better, there is not much benefit to more than 20-30K a month, and girls don't care either, they just wanna get paid + you are a lot outside.

I would want to jump from the waterfall if I would be together 24/7 for more than a few days. Be happy you have free time, do you not have any hobby's or friends? I can enjoy myself even just driving around on the motorbike, going to a coffeeshop, having some beers, go to see a movie, go to a sauna and swimming pool, meet up with some other guys + beers as well, go to have a bbq, or just spend time at home on the computer etc etc etc.

If she makes 75% of her profits in those months, she should just not do it at all in X months a year as well. That is a super good deal. I remember a Italian selling ice cream in the high season making enough in 4-5 months to then live here on 3-4K euro a month the rest of the year, similar hours.

She used to work fulltime but since my son was born, or actually 5-6 months before that, she stopped working as it didn't make much sense otherwise. Paying a maid would easily cost 12-15K a month (even it's less, than still additional transport costs etc). Even if she would then earn 25K a month, didn't make much sense to me for my son to grow up with some random maid instead of her. So long story short, she basically takes care of everything in the house and I earn the money. Now my son goes to school she does do some eCommerce business. I see many Thai with maids while their parents (grandparents of child) are home too, but not look after their own kid, the kid seems to be more close with the maid than it is with their own parents and grandparents, not really see the logic unless you earn 30-40K after paying the maid, more.

As far I understood they are going to build an entire new city where everything is also tax free, casino's can operate, etc etc, near the UTP airport. So it is likely not that much about the existing Pattaya city itself.

Absolute nonsense, most guys do not even get close to the actual good looking girls, the opposite, many foreigners settle for the more ugly ones available. The few times I see a foreigner with an actual real hot thai girl, it's often a paid escort. My best guess is that most guys have no taste.

Thai guys know they are losers when seeing me/us, thats why they always have that evil look on their face. They are losers.

It makes bars run better, some do it for some side money, some for the parties. Unless you actually try to dash them, why not go and ask them yourself? Most are happy to chat with a beer or spirit, that's part of the reason they are there in the first place.

It's normal to watch each others bags when on a beach. I guess you both are not the nicest people, that is likely also why you guys met each other lol. Well, and it is of course the beautiful Pattaya we talk about.

Not that big of a difference, I have seen plenty of people pay tips of 5-10-15K baht in clubs in Bangkok too. And those places were not even that high-end. In Singapore some people tip over 5-10K singapore dollars on a night out.

I think it is more true that it is under reported, then that there is fake news that is negative about Thailand. They really seem to be desperate now, what is next, they will blame this forum for a downturn in tourism? The fake news is actually coming from them and TAT, who always count every arrival as a tourist.
