Maybe his former Spanish guests are now concerned too for what reason he was a star chef, special meat. -
Spanish Chef Confesses To Murdering Colombian Surgeon
ChaiyaTH replied to webfact's topic in Koh Samui News
I keep wondering how he must been so hardcore using only a knife to put him into 14 pieces, I mean that big german used a chainsaw. Must have been quite some violence breaking bones off manually. Timeline also seems to say he bought the knife, cleaning material and bags beforehand, so it was planned. Could easily have left the country and continent if he didn't go to the police and even then stayed on the island longer. Also funny the girls selling kayak at 9PM did not suspect a thing being offered 1000 USD for a kayak worth 200 USD. And last but not least even more weird to then not dump all at sea, after all the head would be enough usually for identifying purposes, and he did put that one in sea. -
Are you having the average amount of sex?
ChaiyaTH replied to LaosLover's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
If you would assume someone to be in a relationship long-term I think it actually makes perfect sense. If you would have 63 times sex per year that comes to once a week on 52 weeks and then in 11 out of 52 weeks you would do it twice a week. I mean I am just in 30s but when you already together for a few years it does not need to be daily anymore if you ask me. It was different when I was single doing different girls all the time, then it could easily be up to 10 times a week with 3-5 different girls. I think trying to stick to the average of near twice a week is more than enough / healthy. If you not sleep with them at least for the average they usually (attempt to) get it elsewhere. But guess it also depends how busy one is, when I had a lot of free time with girlfriends on my hands, it automatically also resulted in a higher frequency. As someone said already the average guys only have 8-14 sex partners in a lifetime, must be hell to not have visited Thailand for some action in a lifetime. -

Student loan - how to confirm if it's real?
ChaiyaTH replied to FarangFB's topic in Higher Education in Thailand
Related to the subject student loans this goes perfectly fine in most countries. We are on a Thai forum anyway, useless comment. -
Not from the USA but in Europe where I am from we do not really do credit cards anyway, if any it is not much more than 5K. Almost all people save money for a car or start in a cheap second hand one from as little as 1000-1500. Credit score would be most important for a mortgage but that would also require I first take a permanent job for like 4 years again, with a Business it takes maybe even longer or the mortgage itself is much less. The Thai wife won't bring in much too I assume. I think I would more likely consider to have real estate in Thailand, to off set the rent in Europe, if it would come to living there longer. So for credit rating I actually care very little, I care more about having cash on my own, or off set the costs with dividends.

Bangkok: The digital nomad’s No.1 destination, says survey
ChaiyaTH replied to snoop1130's topic in Bangkok News
I'm not a digital nomad but of the generation and also happen to be in the Internet world but as far I know most digital nomads have chosen Bali since years already by now, aside of Vietnam as well. Most co-working spaces around the country seem empty too. -
One german: let's kill and chop up someone for 3M baht cash Thai police: we need to get rid of motor gangs, retirement visa's are for sure the reason! Real retirees on a budget: ok, now i'm possibly <deleted> while i did nothing wrong Criminals are like: ehh ok, then we just setup a business or other structure, or pay more money.

More farangs die in Pattaya if you compare it to the amount of visitors. -
Student loan - how to confirm if it's real?
ChaiyaTH replied to FarangFB's topic in Higher Education in Thailand
Monthly is meant saving up, which Thais suck at, they usually send a invoice once a year but it comes down to +- 2-3K a month in most cases I have known off / seen in Thailand. -
Student loan - how to confirm if it's real?
ChaiyaTH replied to FarangFB's topic in Higher Education in Thailand
My girlfriend was late on her yearly payment of 18K, she is fined 300 baht per month she is late only. I paid it 2-3 months later. They can login to websites where everything should be shown in details, can't have excuses for that too. ID card should match that name of course. There should not be any issue to make a smaller payment if she was late and then to continue somehow with monthly installments, unless she already made a 2-3 year mess out of it. Then you help her out and she repeats the same again for 2-3 years likely too. Doubt this is from just 1 year of payments. -
Only in the SESZ in Pattaya (Special Economic Sex Zone).

KBANK app - How to see who charged you?
ChaiyaTH replied to TPDH's topic in Jobs, Economy, Banking, Business, Investments
You do that type of business all the time, if shops online would use a payment provider it is 50/50 to show their name or the payment processors name. -
KBANK app - How to see who charged you?
ChaiyaTH replied to TPDH's topic in Jobs, Economy, Banking, Business, Investments
You have to request the statement in the app, this is a PDF send by email and can be unlocked with your birthdate. Here you can see more details usually. Otherwise you can also call the bank to request information, I got money back a few times on dodgy withdrawals too. -
It is about civil law, won't be a issue with immigration. Just ignore him and move on, civil court is gonna cost him more than the 10-30K he wants from you. Must be a really crazy scene like those Chinese messing up apartments if it does happen. Or abuse of power, something you can spin against them in these days.

Depends, he could not sue you for adultery but he could sue you for defamation in multiple ways depending on multiple things. Or get you beaten up in a less worse scenario.
-
Proven adultery while still in marriage can lead to the wife/husband being able to request more money during divorce in court I believe.

So they always force you to fly to your home country as well right, is that a fact or just gossip too? I knew a friend of a friend who was fked near a decade ago and ended up there for a day, costed him 110k baht for a business flight to europe unless he wanted to stay another 3 days. He paid it of course. While logically thinking I would get the first flight to anywhere, Malaysia etc, if being deported. He came back 2 weeks later and got the elite visa as it was before the changes in law.

How can people not see it coming? Of course they will come on the streets, to then go home again and life repeats.

It isnt really democracy, that for sure, the west is ego tripping its last breath.
-
The average Thai has no clue nor cares, they all want corruption to finish too unless its their turn to collect. And then in terms of democracy, who are we westerners kidding, all we ever have had in decades is fake democracy too. Corporations and elite are the boss.
