    back in the day before meth was really a thing in most of the world (early, early 90s) I had a friend who spent a year studying Chinese in Taiwan. He came back home claiming that every student he met spent the year tweaking. It seems this gatoey is simply continuing with the tradition.

    interesting. there was a time you could actually buy ketamine and cocaine suspensions like the bottle pictured in pharmacies (one at least) in Phnom Penh. The cocaine was usually sold out. Never been my drug of choice, but i recall the ket was about 5 bucks a bottle.

    I had a food delivery driver send me multiple texts to the effect that my debit card charge didn't go through and I had to pay him in cash. I responded ok. checked my balance, saw the funds had been deducted, and told him to sit and spin when he tried to claim the cash. he just walked away and I reported the incident with screenshots to the panda
