  1. Falling cranes and dropped loads are a daily occurrence. More competence, supervision, and better management of lifting operations is desperately needed.
  2. Those are the numbers from the DWP in the UK.
  3. They should make their own countries better to achieve that then.
  4. If they are so honest and hardworking, why are their own countries so corrupt and under-developed?
  5. The fact that they are a drain on resources is neither here nor there. They were/are not wanted by the majority of the indigenous population and the multicultural experiment has failed because they don't integrate or contribute to society. Criminals like the one in the OP should be repatriated to their ancestral homelands, just as we would be if caught committing a crime in Thailand.
  6. In 2022-23 1,218,000 new foreigners were allowed in. Of that number 499,500 signed on to universal credit. That is 41%.
  7. Doesn't matter where he is born, he is not ethnically British. A white man that holds a Thai passport is not ethnically Thai. He is a naturalized Thai citizen.
  8. British passport holder. Not ethnically British.
  9. Incredible recovery from being terminally ill only a few short months ago.
  10. A lie. They are a drain on resources. 41% are on benefits.
  11. Drink-driving is still culturally acceptable in Thailand.
  12. Oh yes, I know. I was operations manager at a major oil and gas company here for many years. The locals have too much ego and greed to care.
  13. Appropriate if an unarmed suspect is resisting arrest, certainly. However, this suspect was not resisting and was clearly unarmed, therefore no force necessary. I think some of these finer points need to be explained to the American members, as we know what an absolute mess it is over there with their own Police farce.
  14. He, his family and his friends are above the law.
  15. That's one way of saying war on drugs or extrajudicial killings. Back off, he's in charge now. 😁
  16. Exactly my point. An un-holstered firearm in that situation is dangerous and unnecessary.
  17. Proper police work in that situation does not require a un-holstered firearm. The suspect is obviously unarmed and clearly compliant. No wonder there are scenes like the Belarussian guy in Phuket chasing the police all over the place. They are clueless and poorly trained.
  18. I have never needed their 'help' thankfully. I have been a victim of their rampant criminality and corruption on several occasions though. Most criminals in Thailand are foreigners? Gie yer head a shake, even you can't be that stupid.
  19. Note the use of the gun by the copper on the left. They really are a bunch of cowards at heart.
  20. Cultural misappropriation. Imagine if I dressed up as Buddha to enhance my business?
  21. And another thing... why is an Indian tourist wearing a 200k thb necklace anyway? Not excusing the theft in any way but he must be a complete idiot as well.
