Evry year a one time handout of 10k??? Raie the salaries to a decent level of 600 THB a day or even better change from day wages to monthly salaries.... 15K a month for a 6 day working week all extra days off included... That is 500 a day for a full month.No matter how days off there are and working hours not more than 8 day. Far better than old fashion day wages.. And people can work on a daily base or parttime.. That is what in they do in the Western world too...There will be no problems..but keeping the people here poor is much worse by extra days off that don't need to be off ( substitute days)

Japan is far away.. Maybe also warnings for the storms and typhoons in the Caribbean????

Indeed... but the orders and things contracts must be paid.. with less THB for a USD will mean you have to pay more USD for the same product ..and that means more income for Thailand on the short term.. but by being expensive I am wondering if they will get many new orders..And it will also affect tourism.. Thailand is getting too expensive again, but the Government doesn't seems to understand.

Maybe not clear but there is a difference between a legal Marriage and visa requirements.

It is not strange.. The Government doesn't want to loose face and the Digital Wallet shall be a success, However the success of the boost of the economy has another reason than the Digital Wallet, but that will be underestimated... Besides that the very expensive THB will bring more THB in Thailand as everything is more expensive for foreign currencies.. The result is that it seems that the economy is growing because there is more money coming in, but that is only because of the expensive THB... How many (new) orders are there for next year not the THB is so expensibve? No wonder the Government pretend to be worried and ask the bank to do something, but you will see that the figures will be looking better because of this Government, but it is all fake

Unbelievable... Now the same sex marriage Law is signed the Government will use the revenues of it to show how successful the Digital Wallet Scheme is. But in fact the many upcoming Marriages will boost the economy....... In other countries where the same sex marriages are possible it is proven how much they contribute to the economy

Don't stimulate the economy by higher wages... the 10K wallet is much better... that is 30 THB a day for 1 year.....Good movements keep the people poor

Thoughtfulness in Thailand... They are so aware what they are doing... On the roads many times you see signs with distances that are mixed up... or useless signs or no signs at all... All to make the roads safer ...

How many drivers here have ever heard of aqua planing?? How many driver in Thailand adjust their speed to weather conditions? How many drivers have had any driving instructions?? I am a Western and It took almost a year to get a driver license,as you need experience and study for it... So I know very well how to drive and how to act on weather consitions and traffic situations as in Thailand nobody knows anything about it and if in my country the policeforce and laws for not behaving as being taught will cost you dearly... not a 500 THB but hundreds or euros .. using a cellphone in your hand will cost you 460 euro and speeding 10 km above the allowed speed 125 euro.... just to say

You speak for yourself, as I got proper driving education in the Western world with a proper examination and I am driving for more than almost 50 years, and in my country this kind of accidents never happen, but there is also a good working policeforce and fines for following the traffic rules are huge.. Compared to Thailand were nobody got any education to drive as braking and watching a video while they can play on the cellphone and don't watch.

They are all want to boost the economy but they refuse to pay a proper wage for the workers..Labourers should be organized like in the western countries and demand higher wages and better work enviroment, and if the super rich CEO refuse strike that will hurt their wallets and than things can change

Borrowing money for digital wallet, for the annual budget. and how will they ever be able to pay it back.. Interests have to be paid too and with the tourism declining and income from it because of the tax proposals, and inflation it will be a big burden for the country in a few years..Or is Thai borrowing?? borrow and never pay back

The Government is responsible for it they have the Computer Crime division and they are unable to make it safe for the people of Thaiiland....
