You could do a Great Expectations and put some money aside for him for when he turns 16 or 18 and maybe help him along the way by say paying school and other expenses directly, rather than via the mother, with her consent. It seems like Issan life, except being with the child, is annoying you and boring you.

I think you are Australian. Maybe time to face facts - Thai women are nice but life in Australia can be better for you. At 48 you can earn a good living, fish for healthy fish, understand and be understood and maybe retire in Thailand at 60.

If I hear someone say in the locker room that he slept with a hot chick he met at a night club I might smile and think 'Good for him'. If I heard someone say 'You can do anything. Grab them by the pussy' I and most others would think what an appalling person and appalling expression. Grab. By. The pussy. Embarrassing. Disturbing. Either like a child speaking about how he imagines it might be or a violent misogynist. Take your pick. It crosses a line for some but seemingly not for others.

My 2 cents is that he'd pass it in a canter. I have said it before, but I think it's his communication diminished further by age, rather than his overall intellect, that is and will let him down. He didn't win the last election by that much given the toxicity of Trump. If he's not against Trump, but an able speaker who's not bat s h i t right wing crazy, it will be tough for him. I thought he's presentation today was fairly effective and he, or people around him, seem to know how to hit the right notes to make him look normal and the right untrustworthy. Time will tell but it would be nice in my opinion if he'd bow out, or at minimum get a vice president who people would like or at least accept as president, but neither are going to happen it seems.

For me 50 minutes to an hour 3 times a week is effective but a little light but leaves your body feeling relaxed and normal. Four pushes you that bit further and is better overall but does leave my body a bit tight and stressed. So for me 4 times a week mixed with, if possible, 10 to 15 minutes daily stretching yoga, and on other days you can do other stuff to stretch your body in a less pressurised way. I have a garden so can do that sort of stuff or walks or maybe a relaxed bike ride. I am surprised that that type of casual exercise seems to counter the stresses of gym unless you get too tired. 6 times a tough workout would be way too much for me.

His chats with Chris Cuomo, when they each had their slot, were entertaining and good television. Brings back memories of working at home during covid. When he went to the morning show I never saw him again as I don't watch at that time.

I hope I am wrong and in fact Biden is able to impress all with his lucidity, and clarity, and consistent train of thought, with energy and verve and passion, in enunciating his policies for 2024 a la Obama and Clinton. I don't mind a candidate that is a bit old but they need to be able to speak up without the audience feeling a sense of dread that bloopers and slurring is inevitable. I think the risk is too high that the people will not be happy with such a candidate as this pole already indicates.

I have lived a sheltered life compared to some here but what makeup do women wear below the neck and how can it be whorish. Whitening cream? Tattoos? For those who gave confused faces to my post above the previous poster referred to the letter putter upperer and maths whiz from the english show who admittedly is a generation apart and I compared it to the Australian.

Late 50's guy posting photos of their fantasies of late teen looking girls dressed as their anime fantasies makes me feel a bit squeamish. But at least you're honest. As long as you are aware that the likes of you and I are totally invisible, if not actually unpleasant, to such girls that's fine I suppose.

I might be speaking symbolically ..a woman may be said to put on her whore makeup when she takes on a role which she thinks will please men resulting in a transfer of dollars. They may be less likely to take on such a role, that for many would be somewhat soul destroying, if there were better opportunities to improve themselves or to get a decent wage working decent hours.
-
FACT: There would be a lot less lovely young ladies putting on whore makeup and looking to chat and have sexual relations with old uglies if they had access to pay and conditions for work as in Australia. FACT 2: Some girls like the big money and or fun and or the sex and or the power over men and will do it regardless in either country. POSSIBILITY: Thai culture makes Thai woman more likely than western women to be happy pleasing a man and giving him succour.

Seemed like a nice guy. The novelty of him and Dreamy wore thin pretty fast. -

Must admit I enjoyed my time in Ubon and surrounds. The candle festival seemed really natural and happy. Isn't a lot of Thai food from Issan? The music is the best. Girlfriend from Issan too. -

Watched Youtuber Paddy Doyle about a year or two ago when he was looking to go to every bit of Thailand. When he got to Issan I think even he found it hard to build enthusiasm as each town and place seemed like the same as the one the day before. -
Dame Edna

Huge fan. Like everyone else. Saw him in Tears Before Bedtime. A touch more personal coming from Melbourne. Hearing Sandy Stone talk about Camberwell or Dame Edna in Moonee Ponds. -
That is the beauty of the Dominion decision. It seemed Fox could say what they liked and then simply say 'Oh this part of the show is entertainment. Not news. ' Most knew what was reported was often full of nonsense but this has shown they are not as clever and smart financially and strategically as they thought they were. Similar to the phone hacking in the UK. There are clearly higher editorial standards in general in the left and centre media. They may 'think' in a way that right wing people don't like, which the right sees as bias, but they will fact check what they report. You don't see similar cases like Dominion against them. My take on this Hunter thing is that there genuinely was not enough evidence at the time of the election to report it fairly and that the centre and left media take extra care near an election. They take fact checking seriously as against Fox.

When I was 17 I liked or was open to star signs and up to 25 liked psychics. Brain is a bit soft and you feel open to all ideas and have faith that the only way for you is up and the world is on your side. When things get tough some double down and some distance themselves and then give it a miss.
