Not helping someone in mortal danger is not pacifism(neither is it Buddhism which advocates selfless loving kindness).Pacifism means not using violence under any circumstances ,not even to defend yourself.
For me the edibles in Thailand don't work at all. I get my joints from the Blow franchises in Pattaya, the c- class for 100 Baht a joint are great. Half a joint is enough. Tried the more expensive ones ,but the only thing different was the price. Also tried the edibles, from low dose to what they said was the most potent (and most expensive) and felt absolutely nothing.
You're right. The focus on romance scams. And there are some Nigerian Princes, generals ,who are very rich to start with, and are willing to transfer to and park their in strangers ' bank accounts. Honest,Lovely people
Looking for a watch where I can download stuff from phone/laptop, and listen to it via Bluetooth when jogging/biking/working out. Cumbersome to have to carry your smartphone around with you all the time. 2 GB would be enough. I tried a couple of headphones that had this function, but they don't work very well, one from Lenovo from Lozada for 1200 Baht was impossible to switch to mp 3 function. Cheaper ones from China stopped working after a few weeks.
I find it amazing how many guys here keep posting about Thai chicks and other stuff most of the day, and still have time for chasing p...y.
The dog that barks doesn't bite.
Two tier pricing in that hospital, and maybe at all or most hospitals in the Pattaya/Rayong area .
I did a little shopping around for a cataract operation. It seems that once you get out of the farang zone prices drop by 50 %.
In the Lopburi provincial hospital the eye doctor was surprised to hear that many hospitals in Thailand charge farangs double. They also seem to be friendlier, take their time to answer your questions. Waiting time for the examination was only 1 hour, which is excellent for a public hospital .
So he might not even be in the hospital anymore? So he is either a healthy person receiving "treatment " in the hospital, or they surreptitiously whisked him off to some secret luxury suite.
In PP it's better to go through an agent. Or you could buy a dummy ticket for around 400 Baht. They provide you with a genuine booking that is good for a couple of days. The PP embassy likes giving people a hard time. I am not sure, but kinda doubt they accept a bus ticket.
