Today, I paid my Thai condo HOA fee of 17,000 baht via WISE transfer from a US bank account (rather from my Thai bank account). I suspect that some here will state that such a transfer is a taxable event.

Your argument is hereby refuted. Presidents don't currently have immunity. Trump is asking that the Supreme Court give him immunity that never existed before. I would ask you if you agree with Trump, but you haven't been given talking points about that yet.

Let me make this simple for you: The 2020 election't stolen. Trump lied about the results. When Trump saw his lies were not enough to keep him in office, he organized an insurrection. The insurrection failed. To deny the above, you have to believe a lot of conspiracy theories.

Trump was convicted by a jury via a civil process. Just like he was convicted of fraud in a civil process earlier this year.

You are suggesting that January 6 was a peaceful tourist visit of the Capitol? It's like saying the Civil War was not an insurrection because the South never tried to overthrow Lincoln. Note that some of the January 6 ringleaders were convicted of sedition, so they were legally insurrectionists.
