That's why Guiliani's threat to sue Biden is a non-starter. Right now, DOJ hasn't bothered to go after Guiliani for his "work" with the Russians, but if it is disclosed in court, then they will have no choice. So, it's unlikely that Guiliani will file his lawsuit, and less likely he goes through discovery.
