  1. If you can see this now, why didn't Trump see this long ago, and return the Classified documents immediately. You know, keep his nose clean once out of power. Why tempt the FBI by holding onto classified documents?
  2. Trump had boxes and boxes of top secret classified documents. Hillary was sent and responded to long email chains that had some emails with classified markings on them. These emails were largely schedules, and draft press releases. See the difference?
  3. Hundreds of pages of indictments are a pretty decent affirmation. There are no real denials, just mumblings about weaponization.
  4. Weren't you saying "Lock her up" in 2016? If not, were you complaining when Trump said it?
  5. Please advise which of the 91 charges against Trump are false. Let me remind you of an old legal maxim: "When the facts are against you, argue the law. When the law is against you, argue the facts. When the law AND the facts are against you, talk about random stuff like lawfare and weaponization". So you can't argue the law or the facts, apparently.
  6. One major difference: Biden was elected. Also, Trump committed crimes. Although you apparently feel that Trump is above the law.
  7. Would you advocate prosecuting Trump if you thought he committed a crime?
  8. Simple answer: 50% of Americans have below average IQ.
  9. https://apnews.com/article/donald-trump-paul-manafort-russia-campaigns-konstantin-kilimnik-d2fdefdb37077e28eba135e21fce6ebf A Treasury Department statement Thursday offered a potentially significant clue, asserting that Konstantin Kilimnik, a Russian and Ukrainian political consultant, had shared sensitive campaign and polling information with Russian intelligence services. https://www.cnbc.com/2021/04/15/trump-campaign-chief-paul-manafort-employee-kilimnik-gave-russia-election-data.html Manafort’s associate, Konstantin Kilimnik, “also sought to promote the narrative that Ukraine, not Russia, had interfered in the 2016 U.S. presidential election,” the Treasury Department said as the Biden administration announced new sanctions on Russia, Kilimnik and others. https://www.thedailybeast.com/trump-campaign-chief-paul-manafort-owns-up-to-passing-sensitive-data-to-suspected-russian-agent Donald Trump’s 2016 campaign chairman Paul Manafort on Monday publicly admitted that he gave polling data to Konstantin Kilimnik, a suspected Russian intelligence asset. The U.S. Treasury Department says the data—which it described as “sensitive information on polling and campaign strategy”—was then passed to Russian intelligence services. This was common knowledge back during the Mueller investigation.
  10. Do you agree that we will never see Prighozhin again?

  12. https://edition.cnn.com/2021/07/21/politics/fact-check-jim-jordan-nancy-pelosi-january-6-security/index.html "The Speaker of the House is not in charge of Capitol security. That’s the responsibility of the Capitol Police Board, which oversees the US Capitol Police and approves requests for National Guard assistance."
  13. https://thehill.com/policy/defense/3787032-dc-national-guard-deployment-wasnt-purposefully-delayed-on-jan-6-final-report-finds/ "President Trump had authority and responsibility to direct deployment of the National Guard in the District of Columbia, but never gave any order to deploy the National Guard on January 6th or on any other day,” the committee wrote in the 845-page report it released Thursday evening. “Nor did he instruct any Federal law enforcement agency to assist."
  14. You are misinformed. Only Trump and the SecDef had authority to call in the National Guard.
  15. The scientific consensus is not important. What is important is the data the consensus is based on. You can't argue with the data, which is an implicit endorsement of the Global Warming hypothesis.
  16. They are going their separate ways.
  17. Nothing significant will happen. These guys are mercenaries, not crusaders for justice.
  18. Was Trump lying when he said that Obama's birth certificate was fake? Or was Trump lying when he said Obama was born in the USA? I could play this all day.
  19. You could provide an adult response, which would be to provide data that disproves the Global Warming hypothesis.
  20. You still can't come to grips with Trump's campaign manager handing the Russians polling data so the Russians could micro-target US voters. That's Collusion 101.
  21. The truth of the scientific consensus is based on its underlying proof. In the case of Global Warming, you have provided zero evidence that the underlying proof is false, which is an implied endorsement of the scientific consensus based on that proof.
  22. Biden and Trump will be offstage one way or another within 5 years or so, which means you will have to think up a new conspiracy theory.
  23. If he is, he will never be seen again. So, he is off the world stage permanently.
  24. People who don't have access to a power grid can't get power from oil or coal. It's a pretty simple concept.
