The first clue that you are misinformed is that you believe what you read on the internet, rather than the findings of the medical community. The second is that you posted about foreign matter found in Pfizer vaccine in New Zealand, but did not provide a link. Because you don’t have one. The vast majority of people dying from Omicron today are unvaccinated. Why is it you don’t worry about that?

I got hit up by a Thai lady this morning on Messenger for a loan, which I ignored. In the afternoon, she posted on Facebook that she was making Triple Overtime at work, ie she was making the big bucks. In my experience, some of the loan requests come from their boyfriend complaining about lack of money. Maybe he wants a new motorcycle or just money for drinking.

I am in South America now, and I have been asked for a vaccination certificate many times while traveling.

I don’t have a lot of interactions with Thai men, so no basis for posting.

I had a Farang do the escalator trick on me. She borrowed $50 from me, and paid back promptly. Then she borrowed $100, and paid back promptly. Then she borrowed $400, claiming she could pay back for sure. But, when it came time to pay back, she had a story. I told her it was impossible that she had zero money, so she could pay back $10 a month. People who borrow money from everyone hate to pay back, so I am sure the $10 payments were killing her. Eventually, she stopped paying, and blocked me on Facebook. Mai pen rai, she was a diehard Trump fan anyway. i don’t think that Thai bar girls are sufficiently sophisticated to do the escalator trick, but I have seen Chinese do it.

The question is whether the New and Improved Test and Go will entice so many tourists that there won’t be a low season in Pattaya this year.

Well, that was gratuitous. Posts about posters are boring. the question is do you really believe that “no one” is applying for Thailand Pass now?

I am sure that someone will post that they lend money to Thai ladies and are promptly paid back every time. They also will post about winning the lottery every week. the short story is do not lend money to Thai ladies if you expect to be paid back. There are credit mechanisms available if a Thai lady is starving, the problem is they will collect from her, one way or another. But you can’t collect. So, she wants to borrow from you. Ignore those urgent messages from starving Thai ladies. You can be sure she won’t starve. Not a good idea to reply, just ignore them.
