" That night she was assaulted five times. After Brooks passed out, Lewis found a knife while searching for her dress. Then, Lewis stabbed Brooks 37 times and ran away from the apartment. " https://worthycelebs.com/trending/pieper-lewis-wikipedia-parents-boyfriend-now/ So no premeditated murder. This is disgraceful.

Naughty members of the public. But what about our leaders? Many citizens watch what leaders do instead of what they say to take their cues on appropriate reactions to events. The Lancet should be aware of this major failure of world leaders to follow the rules they made for the population and the mauling their credibility took, and thus the confusion as to what restrictions and measures were actually necessary. "House Speaker Nancy Pelosi — who has repeatedly chided her Republican colleagues and President Donald Trump for failing to follow coronavirus safety protocols — got her hair done inside a shuttered San Francisco salon Monday in violation of the city's COVID-19 rules, Fox News reported Tuesday." https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/congress/report-nancy-pelosi-contravened-coronavirus-rules-getting-her-hair-blown-n1239032 "U.K. Prime Minister Boris Johnson and Chancellor of the Exchequer Rishi Sunak were told by police they’ll be fined for attending rule-breaking gatherings during lockdown, the most damaging development yet in a scandal dubbed “partygate” by the British media." https://time.com/6166099/boris-johnson-fined-covid-lockdown-partygate/ From Presidential Fist Bumps to Handshakes, Biden Breaks COVID-19 Rules in Israel Visit Visiting U.S. President Joe Biden began by adhering to protocol by offering fist bumps – but then began giving handshakes to Bennett and Netanyahu" https://www.haaretz.com/israel-news/2022-07-13/ty-article/.premium/from-presidential-fist-bumps-to-handshakes-biden-breaks-covid-19-rules/00000181-f7df-d203-ad81-ffdf88d50000 So it wasn't just "the public" was it...

True, but most offices don't pay junior local staff 100k a month. I knew one bg who told me what she earned, quite surprising. Alot more than I did at the time. But had to spend some months each year abroad which she said she disliked, Dubai in particular. Well OP, enjoy your dalliance without getting burned.

Some of these good liberals up in Martha's have huge estates. I can think of one that has a 30 acre waterfront property. Can you even imagine how many migrants could be settled in tents and camped there, I'm thinking ten thousand souls plus. And I'm certain the owner and his neighbors would be proud to help the desperate people that get bussed or flown up to Martha's. All in a good plan, well thought out. Good luck to the residents and migrants this will be interesting.

Durham Inquiry Appears to Wind Down as Grand Jury Expires
SunnyinBangrak replied to Scott's topic in World News
This sounds very much like the autocratic moves the Biden administration made when they tried to set up a ministry of truth to check people were following official narratives. Of course, as we know, this ministry of disinformation fell apart because the boss was famously shown to have spread disinformation herself on several occasions. "House Democrats on Wednesday rejected a Republican attempt to investigate the establishment of the controversial "Disinformation Governance Board" at the Department of Homeland Security. The board was created to fight online disinformation that DHS said could affect the 2022 midterm elections. Backlash against the idea grew more intense after it was learned that DHS hired Nina Jankowicz as the board’s executive director. Jankowicz supported the now-debunked theory that Donald Trump colluded with Russia to win the White House in 2016 and called the Hunter Biden laptop story "disinformation." https://www.foxnews.com/us/democrats-reject-gop-inquiry-into-dhs-disinformation-board I am wondering if you yourself Larry have ever been the victim of misinformation? -
Magdalena Andersson: Swedish PM resigns as right-wing parties win vote
SunnyinBangrak replied to Scott's topic in World News
from the OP "Moderate Party leader Ulf Kristersson is now expected to form a government. His right-wing grouping includes the Sweden Democrats, a far-right party that has campaigned against rising gang shootings." sound like authoritarian fascists don't they. How dare they campaign about shooting violence in their formerly peaceful country. A country, if I might point out - prior to the extreme leftist policies that totally changed it - that was peaceful to the point of catatonia. Good luck to the Swedes in getting back their country, and hopefully this serves as a lesson to those countries thinking of doing major social engineering projects. edit to add- a Swedish friend tells me the word "gang" is misleading. The media is not referring to the Cosa Nostra or the Purple gang. -
Disgraced Prince Andrew heckled at Queen Elizabeth’s funeral procession
SunnyinBangrak replied to Scott's topic in World News
If this were true, would you not expect that more of the ultra VIP men using Epstein's young captives get arrested and have their day in court too? It's not as if their identity is a mystery. I still never heard an explanation for the only people guilty in Epstein's sordid sex trafficking ring are 2 Brits, Ms Maxell and Prince Andrew. Most peculiar. -
Durham Inquiry Appears to Wind Down as Grand Jury Expires

Conspiracy theory? You know that is a false statement. We were forced for many years to accept Clinton being behind the Russia collusion was a "conspiracy theory" even though it was widely known the Russia collusion story was a hoax(1) and made up by Hillary to distract from her email nightmares. Thanks to John Durham the lie has been corrected and everybody know it. Note how the WSJ said "the news is hardly a surprise". So while the left were claiming Hillary's involvement in the origin of the Russia collusion hoax was a conspiracy theory they knew they were being dishonest. Thank you so much John Durham, correcting the false narrative would never have been possible without you. "The Russia-Trump collusion narrative of 2016 and beyond was a dirty trick for the ages, and now we know it came from the top—candidate Hillary Rodham Clinton. That was the testimony Friday by 2016 Clinton campaign manager Robby Mook in federal court, and while this news is hardly a surprise, it’s still bracing to find her fingerprints on the political weapon." https://www.wsj.com/articles/hillary-clinton-did-it-robby-mook-michael-sussmann-donald-trump-russia-collusion-alfa-bank-11653084709 Whatever happens in these trials, just being able to freely state the fact that Clinton was behind the origin of the conspiracy theory that Donald Trump colluded with Russia to cheat in the 2016 election is more than I ever hoped for. Majority of Americans concerned about Biden’s mental health: new poll
SunnyinBangrak replied to Scott's topic in World News
Are you saying the New York Post made up the poll? I'm not sure what point you are trying to make. More interesting is the question, why now? Why start to be honest now and cover what has been obvious for years? Is Biden not useful to the democrat party any more? Do they want to replace him in 2024? The New York Post deserve some kudos surely for being one of the only media outlets that did not join in the major misinformation campaign before the election when MSM, deepstate intelligence experts and big tech falsely and without evidence claimed the devastating and corroborated evidence against one candidates honesty/financial cleanliness was "russian disinformation". We owe the NYP a world of thanks for setting that false narrative straight, don't we. Credibility comes from getting stories factually correct not shilling for one side. Anyway, concern over the source aside, good to finally see Biden's cognitive mess get some airtime.- 282 replies

Markets shudder on dashed inflation hopes; Dow falls 1,250
SunnyinBangrak replied to Scott's topic in World News
Quite surreal moment watching biden bragging how he singlehandedly beat inflation as the screen showed the stock market tanking 1,200 points due to fears over inflation. -
Extremism of any kind is dangerous. The article is clearly a tool to attack the ex President yet again, and those that support the popular America first agenda, by misrepresenting violence as being only from these Q nutcases/Trump supporters which is false. A balanced article would clearly state there have also been many deaths and serious injury at BLM protests, as well as burns no doubt.

What people wish is the case, and what is factual reality are often different. Everything in my post was factual as I see events. As a little debunking of your BOLD false facts, allow me to post a link. You may have missed this event as from memory weren't the left all taking victory laps because Trump will be in prison tomorrow for having cheated in an election by colluding with Vlad Putin(another false narrative btw)? Seems the short lived celebrations left no time to witness real statesmen making history. "This has a lot of significance because it means that we want to bring an end to the unpleasant past and try to create a new future,” Mr. Kim told reporters. “So it’s a very courageous and determined act.” “Stepping across that line was a great honor,” Mr. Trump replied. “A lot of progress has been made, a lot of friendships have been made, and this has been in particular a great friendship.” https://www.nytimes.com/2019/06/30/world/asia/trump-north-korea-dmz.html I have no doubt if Trump was still POTUS, North Korea and the US(and by proxy the rest of the liberal world order) would have good relations. Humanitarian efforts would be underway to feed the NK people. The world would be a hugely different place, for the better. Trump may have been rotund in girth, he may have had an orange hue, he may have fired from the hip on twitter without running it through the PR dept first, he may have once held a glass with 2 hands, he may have - shock horror gasp - walked down a slippery ramp with care, but he was a strong negotiator and was in control mentally. Not perfect, but a million times better than the mess that replaced him.

I am saddened that 9 months after the military operation started that the left still refuse to accept there are 2 sides to this(and indeed every) story. We really are doomed when arrogant chest beating squashes any desire to understand what is actually happening. There is never a situation where one country is 100% right and another 100% wrong. Propaganda is used just as much in the US as Russia. If this dogmatic stance keeps up we are heading for nuclear war and an end to life on earth. To help understand some background to this conflict, this article is useful. https://www.theguardian.com/world/2022/jan/12/russias-belief-in-nato-betrayal-and-why-it-matters-today

Nothing funny whatsoever seeing the normalized relations with NK under mister art of the deal himself DJT now in tatters. It was, as we remember pre Trump a totally impossible task to have a relationship with NK, which Trump managed to do. This is an epic failure of the biden administration to allow the relationship to fail so spectacularly and now look what has happened. A nuclear armed NK is a major danger to world peace. As is anarchy in Afghanistan. These failures all mounting, what a complete mess these people are making. Nuclear NK, chaos in Afghanistan, southern border fiasco, inflation, energy crisis, proxy war with Russia, spending billions in Ukraine, censorship of biden's misdeeds shredding trust in media, open talk of civil war, persecuting Trump by weaponized justice agencies, it's a complete and utter mess. Let's hope the adults get a foothold in November and work to undo all of this incompetent administration's messes. Until then, I am not laughing like you.

Former Tenant Behind Looting Of Koh Samui Luxury Hotel
SunnyinBangrak replied to webfact's topic in Koh Samui News
pretty sure I remember the closing down sale here would have been about 18 months ago, wife and I went a couple of times to browse. They were selling everything tvs, wardrobes, tables, plant pots, cutlery, aircons, furniture, the lot. It was advertized on facebook no secret. Sale lasted about a week. I took some pics on the mobile to show friends the junk they had for sale here will have a browse back. -
There it is again! Last time I asked a user of the trendy phrase "the big lie" to explain why they use it, they could not do so. Maybe you can do better. Please explain what you mean by "the big lie" and why when the democrat elite such as Biden(1), Hillary(2) and current white house spokesperson Karine Jean-Pierre(3) said that the winner of the 2016 election Trump was illegtimate it was not a "big lie". Why can the left refuse to accept the result of an election and it's all good and well, but when a Republican does exactly the same it is called the "big lie"? Supporting evidence the leftist elites denied the legitimacy of the 2016 election. 1.https://www.insider.com/joe-biden-says-he-agrees-trump-is-illegitimate-president-2019-5 2.https://abcnews.go.com/video/embed?id=66010832 3.https://nypost.com/2022/09/06/wh-spox-says-her-denial-of-2016-election-results-not-like-extreme-trump-in-2020/ Any honest person will conclude there is no difference at all between what Republicans have said and what leading democrats said, which makes the phrase "the big lie" highly misleading and particularly dishonest.

almost looks like double jeopardy, getting charged and having a trial twice for the same alleged crime. Good luck to Steve with this matter. I'm guessing any jury will not be a friendly one made up of Trump staff and donors like the Sussman trial had. Oh no, couldn't have that, Bannon is on the wrong team.

Sorry Chomper it is confirmed and well known fact not conspiracy theory. You know this already don't you. Why call something we all know to be true as a conspiracy theory? We are bound by the forum rules to not knowingly lie and misrepresent situations. https://www.washingtonpost.com/national-security/kevin-clinesmith-fbi-pleads-guilty/2020/08/19/6c0dec54-e0a0-11ea-8dd2-d07812bf00f7_story.html

I must have missed the news that Trump has been charged for stealing nuclear secrets? I mean you say the FBI knew what they were looking for, it would have taken an hour max to find what they knew they were looking for in the documents seized when they raided Trumps house. Simple. But as we know that is not what happened. And judging by the underhand behavior by the FBI since they spied on his campaign after doctoring evidence to do so any accusations against President Trump should be taken with a large pinch of salt.
-
Not really no. If a person who was not even president was storing top secret and classified documents on an unsecure home server where it was hacked by enemy states and who then went on to physically smash the hard drive with a hammer and bleech-bit to cover it up is NOT a crime, then it's a hard sell to say President Trump having documents locked up at MAL with heavy security is a major crime. It smacks of double standards and lacks logic. Complex legal situations are generally determined by precedent which does to your assertions what an iceberg did to an unsinkeable cruise ship.

I saw no evidence of your unsupported claim. I saw an incredible patriot who was baselessly smeared and attacked by the losing party both before his election and during his term. He was falsely accused without evidence of all manner of dreadful crimes, even impeached twice on nonsensical charges which wasted years and destroyed the concept of impeachment(it was not meant to be a tool to demonstrate hatred of a politician that beat you). I ask, what person that is "just out for himself" would donate his entire salary to good causes. Does Biden donate his entire salary? "During his 2016 campaign, Donald Trump promised to donate his salary if elected President. It was a promise, even his critics acknowledge, that Trump was keeping." https://www.forbes.com/sites/adamandrzejewski/2021/02/27/president-donald-trump-probably-donated-his-entire-16m-salary-back-to-the-us-government--here-are-the-details/?sh=362faff31a8d Calling others "stupid" because they can see through the 6 years of lies and dishonesty used to attack DJT does not reflect well on your ability to form judgements, and certainly shows a lack of respect for those with differing opinions than you hold yourself.
