    As me mentioned by others, you will have to go to Chonburi. They will only issue against a 5yr Thai licence, not a 2yr.

    Interesting, I have entered twice on tourist visa with no outbound ticket. Somebody should tell thai airways it is a requirement... but then immigration at swampy did not care either !

    Well unless the lad teleported himself to Thailand a ticket for some sort of transportation would have to have been purchased. Iam certain you are 99% wrong.

    Good to see Incheon come in @ #4. Very few airports have smoking rooms these days and I can tell you to see the smoking room there on my transfer last week from Michigan was a very welcome sight after 16 hours one me arse in cattle class !
