    Mandatory insurance (Por Ror Bor) is applicable to every bike (owned or rental) that has current road tax paid. Por Ror Bor only pays up to 60 to 80k.

    In January, I had my insurance company decline coverage citing pre-existing conditions. I borrowed money to pay the bill, it will take me 12 months to repay the money. I do not expect handouts from the government nor strangers to cover my bill because my family are to stingy to help me out financially in a time of need.

    Its not a just a few quid to save a citizen though. Its like every other day someone from the UK has come to grief riding a scooter and up goes the gofundme request. Should the UK "spend a few quid" saving everyone that is under insured or has had insurance declined due to the person engaging in activities not covered or not legally allowed to do ?

    There is a website called Google, it contains numerous links to various pages that have the power of attorney form. Vehicle transfer form is also handy when it comes to buying/selling cars and bikes.... it too can be found on the website called Google.
