  1. There's virtually no more Pfeizer left and very little Astra Zeneca. There's absolutely nothing to be proud of.
  2. Rent a motorcycle. Hua Hin is pretty nice to cruise around. Pretty laid back. My wife and I rented a Honda PCX 155. It was around 300 baht a day. We couldn't go anywhere we wanted when we wanted.
  3. So they haven't joined? I haven't heard much about it so I guess not.
  4. Heres a rather confusing article regarding Thailand and Covax. "Thailand to Join COVAX, Acknowledging Low Vaccine Supply" https://thediplomat.com/2021/07/thailand-to-join-covax-acknowledging-low-vaccine-supply/
  5. Some of these will work fine. Theres an adapter available also for older TV's without Bluetooth built in.
  6. It is if you're paying for it. I wouldn't take these post personally. Most people in the forums are trying to help one another out.
  7. Its all in the fine print. Its in the total amount you have agreed to pay. It's a legal and binding contract. They'll return the item and your address will be blacklisted from deliveries from the particular online shop.
  8. Seems the only way to get what you need, especially vaccines. My friend in in Bangkok said there running seriously low on Astra once again and are sneakily trying to give recipients Sinovac. Most refuse and walk out <deleted>!
  9. But they only got around 560,000 doses to distribute this delivery. 23% going to the Thai Red Cross. (Not your typical Red Cross- all business). 211 Private hospitals registered in Thailand, not all are participating. Some hospitals in deep red zones get more than those that aren't. Basically a very convaluted distribution process. Typical Thai planning. Nobody really has a handle on whats going on.
  10. Impressive. I still haven't heard a thing from Udon Thani Hospital. No updates, nothing. I think I should have ordered from a Bangkok Hospital or even Khon Kaen.
  11. I believe Bangkok has gotten a larger allotment. My friend is giving his to my wife. He just signed up 2 months ago. Appointment is December 14th. 9 hours drive from Issan. Stay at nice hotel and gorge on Falang food! Already looking forward to her second jab.
  12. Mexico, interesting. I'd pick any other country other than Mexico. Equador hands down better. Mexican women tend to eat large amounts of lard. It goes straight to there beer belly's. Nothing compares to the svelt Thai women though.
  13. Same here. My wife isn't. Waiting for Moderna like yours We have little kids also. I can't have her sick. My golf game is already suffering.
  14. I called the hospital. More specifically Udon Thani Bangkok Hospital. However, some hospitals seem to be getting better supplies. Bangkok and Khon Kaen have already started vaccinating with Moderna. My wifes friend had her first jab and she just signed up last month. A friend gave me his to give my wife. Its in Bangkok December 14th. We'll use the Udon Thani one as a booster I suppose. I still haven't heard anything from Udon Thani Bangkok Hospital, anyone else?
  15. Thais can't be picky if they want to travel. Sinovac and Sinopharm aren't recognized by many countries. I know Sweden is, excellent time to visit in the middle of winter!
  16. The GPO approved lousy Chinese test kits that are banned in the USA because of faulty results. GPO is a bad thing to have in charge of buying the medical supplies for Thailand.
  17. That was a long time ago. The British aren't too bad, water under the bridge.
  18. Give me Swedes over Chinese or Russian any day. Well behaved and pleasant.
