Strange, I recently had problems getting my money back from this wallet and due to language problems, a Thai called me at Lazada and told me it was not possible. Also, when you order something, you don't see the option to pay with the same wallet. Not at all strange. I commented about using the Wallet for payment, not about getting money back. "...you don't see the option to pay with the same wallet". Yes you do. I use it to pay for items and the option is there online, just checked again now. Alongside "Choose payment method" is "See all payment methods" in blue script which takes you to "Choose payment channels", top of that list is "Wallet Lazada".

No you can not use the wallet for another payment, a crazy system, Yes, you can, I use my Lazada wallet for that, it is one of the payment options.
