Why are you on the fence when there has been absolutely no evidence that making legitimate claims would be problematic and the exact opposite, in fact, seems to be the case? I don't even know if there has ever been confirmed evidence that any insurers deliberately denied legitimate claims that policies covered.

So an apparent 100% success rate! You can be sure that if they were denying claims social media would have made it very clear as it has done with positive results! It makes no sense assuming that they will be making claims difficult.

Don't see many petrol pumps left for weeks unmaintained here so why should that apply to charging stations? "Maintenance is not something they are really good at after all". Really? What do you base that on...any relevant examples?

I'm guessing that you've not seen the most recent Camry as you're referring to looks. They are good-looking cars, Teslas aren't anything special aside from the potential performance that most people will never use, or need.

Happened to me , I had a minor cut that got infected which quickly spread because I was unable to get to a hospital and when I got to a hospital they were considering an amputation but they would try some anti biotics first and they wouldn't give my any treatment at all until I had paid . I was in a hospital begging for an injection to take the pain away ........................and then I had to go outside to find an ATM to make a withdrawal to pay . The infection would have killed me, had I not paid You have my sympathy, but I was asking him because he said that he knows of "so many cases in which emergency care" was refused. I went to Camillian Hospital with a ruptured appendix, a life-threatening condition, and was given immediate assistance. In the Emergency Room while the initial examination was being made I was asked how I would be paying. I told then with cash and showed USD500 that I had on me. They didn't take it but were perfectly happy with that to proceed even though it was nowhere near enough to cover the emergency surgery and subsequent hospitalisation costs.

But, regardless of whether I do or do not, why would you hope that I, in particular, would not condone them when there have been so many other posters in various threads recently fully supporting overstayers and calling out IB officers for doing their job that you have not expressed your hopes about similarly?

He'd go to hospital, then it would be up to the hospital staff. Under Thai law hospitals cannot refuse treatment to anyone for the first 72 hours of emergency care.

Same here in 28 years, apart from one traffic stop. It may have been different, though, if I (or your good self), had been on overstay! Sod's Law.

After they have been auctioned and that's only after the assets have not been proven to have been legally acquired.
