  1. Are there any tranny surgeons? Can't speak for the mother but, if it were me, yes, I'd take my daughter to a school with proper recruitment standards. Yes, I would want only normal male or female soldiers to defend me, not some doolally, mentally screwed-up tranny.
  2. Well no it's not really infinitesimal when one takes the trouble to work out how many expats there are with a requirement to keep money in a bank. Let's say there are 200,000 expats in the country with a mixture of 400k and 800k in the bank for immigration requirements. "Let's say there are 200,000 expats..." Why 200,000? Why not let's say 5,000, or 3,000? Where are you getting your stats from
  3. Withdrawals can also be made, pre-term, from any fixed deposit accounts.
  4. What is the basis for that daft assertion?
  5. It makes absolute common sense to have an account where funds are available for immediate withdrawal, in the case of an emergency, for example. To use BBL as an example, fixed deposit accounts do allow withdrawals at any time before the "fixed" term expires, the account just does not then qualify for any interest or attracts a lower rate.
  6. Really? When does BBL start applying that "monthly fee"?
  7. Nonsense, that would be an infinitesimal swelling of it's coffers in relation to BBL's financial standing. Bangkok Bank does not need expat accounts as much as self-aggrandising expats like to think it does.
  8. Are you arranging wheelchair/zimmer frame parking?
  9. Er, no, the American stepped in to stop the attack after the ex-boyfriend punched the girl in her face.
  10. Wrong.....plus these All EEA countries (e.g. France, Germany, Spain, etc.) • Switzerland • Gibraltar 🌐 Other Eligible Countries • Barbados • Bosnia and Herzegovina • Channel Islands • Israel • Jamaica • Kosovo • Macedonia • Montenegro • New Zealand • Philippines • Serbia • Turkey • United States Seriously, you think that his Thai wife is likely to be resident in any of those countries when the reference was a UK SS benefit?
  11. Only if it can proved that it is not just an extended holiday for the purpose of fraud...DWP is not stupid.
  12. ...but those party to/perpetrating the fraud could and it defeats the object of the exercise which is to avoid problems for his survivor(s), not, potentially, create them.
  13. From his post, his ex-employer's occupational scheme would, presumably, be paying the benefits, not separate annuity company but all independent annuity providers offer the option of sole annuities or annuities with survivor's benefits.
  14. Foreigners' deaths in Thailand have to be reported to the police who automatically advise the relevant embassy. Your suggestion would be deemed fraud.
  15. So when did 3 No, become an opinion? It´s a crazy try to change facts. "3 No", what does that mean? Who's "changing facts"? EDIT: Ah, you meant "three 'Nos' ". "No" was his opinion.
  16. Where did he make a suggestion ? It was a question. It was in the, clearly, sarcastic tone of his suggestion/question.
  17. Under which Thai law and which section specifically?
  18. So Cambodians flying drones, ones with cameras fitted....okay....... as long as they are tourists? In normal circumstances, yes, as long as they are registered, etc., unless they are spying but these are not normal circumstances and all drone flying in Thailand is currently banned.
  19. Which of Google Maps guidelines could be applied to recreational drone use that aren't already. Do you support guidelines restricting what people can use their eyes for and what they can look at in public?
  20. Not for "recreational" flying, only for espionage charges.
  21. No, it is not. Operating a drone without a permit is, though.
