If you shop a about and travel dates are flexible with longer transit times Business is not even DOUBLE the price, just paid £1800 Bankok UK with one airline most economy tickets hovering around £1000 at the moment

When was the last time you flew Business Class, there is no massive increase in service form the crew, the seat IS way bigger with way more legroom and is almost al lie flat these days. Ive been on Emirates in Business when they forgot my "welcome drink" twice, hows that for greeting their premium passengers. Then again in business asked for chicken.none left, ended up with economy meal as they had chicken. trust me the service these days is so so. DElta Airline ,Business UK to New York booked seats business class together, when boarded wife and i split up, no reason, then lost the bags for 4 days, had to buy Clothes to wear at new York

The UK has muslims in many many important positions now Scottish 1st minister, Mayor of London etc and imo corruption amongst them will be rife , but it runs right down to local councils, the BBC and much much more. Years ago opposite my house there was a row of shops, they applied for permission for hot food, this had always been denied neighbours didnt want late night noise fish n chip wrappers and no parking. Initially denied, they went to court appealed and won on the condition they provided parking at the rear of the shop.16 years later there is still no car park, they just hope no one inc the council who all their buddies are on ( Birmingham) do anything, and so far no one ever followed up despite complaints, Youi can drive through Sparkhill in Birmingham and what used to be a clean tidy well kept neighbourhood with grocery stores is now a dump with litter everywhere its predominantly asian, they just dont care about the area.

Its Typical Emirates over blinged with gold, they still use this on some of their A380s others have been upgraded without all the gold, the bathrooms great

Been on the dreamliner many a time, i wouldnt say its anything special, the best plane by far for me has been the A380 I havent flown economy for about 16 years, its just to painful for room and since all airlines changed their points systems they now give you even less. Used to be four flights UK to Thailand economy I could get an upgrade to Business with miles......now its way more miles to do that. Toilets in the 787 are small A380 way roomier and the A380 is the quietest.

The UK must cancel it's triple lock for OAP
Rampant Rabbit replied to TorquayFan's topic in UK & Europe Topics and Events
No It shoudlnt that gives no incentive to anyone to work hard and be careful throughout their life to then get penalised, why bother doing anymore if you get the money come what may. -

duh? I said the money's taken now which u finally acknowledge further down your reply after calling me brainless. Its taken now and spent now and thats WRONG, they should have invested it , the system is sheite. Im nowhere near state pension age yet ,another 7 years to go due to birth year.....Other people? thats their problem Im not their wet nurse. Maybe if they stopped buying crap on stuff they dont need and saved hard like Ive done for +40years. Also have a private pension which I started in 1990. If I can do it so can most others, I wasn t on an amazing salary for my working life. Increase taxes fine, you dont get something for nothing and thats what everyone seems to want. -
What’s the rainy season in Hua Hin like?
Rampant Rabbit replied to rudi49jr's topic in Hua Hin and Cha-Am
It can vary, however about 6-7 years ago we had 2-3 years when it was VERY dry then it changed in about 2019 and became a good deal wetter even through the dry season, this lasted until this year which has been very dry once again. So the answer is, it varies, as for Hua Hin the temps there right on the coast are little lower but not much, its always humid but Prachuap I think is one of the driest provinces. Few years back Pranburi dam was so full it was overflowing, now its very low.
