Yes, the first thing I noticed in Nan is that it is the cleanest city I have seen in Pattaya. No garbage in the streets or rats. Not a piece of paper. Pretty and quiet, too. Perhaps too quiet to live, being a small provincial city. The only reason I don't dare move there to live is because I'm afraid it might get boring after a while.

In the condominiums where I have lived so far, the security at the door does not let them through. They pick up the food and keep it until you come down to pick it up. Maybe that you could pay the guard to bring the food home himself, but I've never tried that.

I go down almost daily to the gym, sauna and pool before going up to the apartment WFH. (European working hours start at 2:00 p.m. Thailand time). If I don't come down early, all sunbeds are already taken.
