There are no public beaches without toilets in Thailand, if you do not go to remote islands. However, there you can find accommodation areas that have a toilet you can use. It might be a 100-200 meter walk to a toilet, but I guess most normally intelligent people can manage that. That just shows where Thailand stands regarding civilization and respect.

As I have pointed out numerous times. Retiring abroad is not something that is possible for everyone, and has never been. Also never going to be. There are people that are saving, investing, have good education and work as well as take out extra retirement savings plans. Here we have the different groups who can afford to live in comfort abroad without worries. There are no, or only dumb people living on fantasy clouds that are trying to retire in Thailand on only a small government pension. That goes for Australians and all other nationalities as well. To retire abroad on only such income is not possible or just foolish. People who wish to retire abroad need savings and side incomes. Alternatively, just be rich!

They must start to give very harsh penalties for this kind of behavior. I would say that person should have a minimum of 5 years. That should be 5 years full, as there is no need for confession. The proof is already there.
