  1. Strangely enough, we have all heard contrary opinions bandied about, recently.
  2. OK !!!!! Now your talkin'..... Why NOT?
  3. Dear World, Even die-hard Trump lovers must admit that Trump was not very good, last time. But have you ever stopped to consider just how much better Trump will be.... THIS TIME? Trump has mellowed, IMHO. I am very-much looking forward to seeing what Trump will do, beginning in January of 2025. Some say that Trump is not smart, but I do not believe it. Sure, Trump does not know EVERYTHING about EVERYTHING, admittedly. However, at the very least, he is smarter than Harris...because.... HOW COULD HE NOT BE? I have been watching Trump, lately. And I do not know what it is.... But I think that Trump has gained a bit of wisdom, unlikely as this might be. I mean. I am thinking that.... It might have been the shot that took off part of his right ear that finally helped Trump to see the light. But, whatever it might be that changed Trump, I, for one, am looking forward to seeing Trump change his ways, and become a Great Prez.... Beginning this coming January, 2025. Of course, somebody must teach Trump about the SCIENCE of Global Warming, if the world is to have any hope..... Is this EVEN possible? I am sure this can be done. Trump has no wish to destroy America, and the civilized world, as we know it. Or, maybe it might be a good thing...to destroy part of the world.... Starting with FaceBook. When Trump takes office.... Will you give him a second chance? I will. And, you should, too. Of the two, Trump is all we have now..... Let's just hope that Trump will, with his new wisdom.... Rise to the Occasion. Truly, Trump is our.... Great White Hope. Hoping that we will all live to see the year 2030...and... Also hoping that the AMOC will not run amok, this decade..... Very, VERY best regards, Gamma
  4. I have no clue. But, the question should have been asked. You are right. ======== WAIT! I actually DO have a clue.... Rogaine is a COMEDIAN ....
  5. Dear Aussie Folks: I feel sorry for you because....you have no vote. You are like SECOND-CLASS citizens...or...more apropos of your history....you are like USA prisoners in USA prisons.... Without a vote. Yes, my friends, from DOWN UNDER.... We know you would LOVE to vote in the USA presidential election this November 5th...BUT....America does not allow you to vote. Do you feel left out? Just like those locked up in USA prisons? Harris wants to give Australians the vote in the USA....as you know. Just like she wishes Americans in American prisons could vote, too. Here is a video which explains this issue, lucidly: I have, in the past, had a few Aussie friends. Mostly, they think the same way as I, about most important Topics. If I had my way, and if I were Prez, the first thing I would do would be to give Aussies the vote, in America. Also, why do so many Aussies want to leave Australia and come to Thailand, I do wonder. IF only I were Australian, then I would just lie on the beach, soak up the sun, and drink SUDS all day.... What do they call a case of beer in Australia....? They call it a SLAB of Beer, or something. I do not understand this terminology. Why a SLAB and not a CASE of beer.... Anyone know? Best regards, Gamma
  6. Here is a thought, JT..... What might happen if one were to mix ... JOE ROGAN and DEEPAK CHOPRA in a BLENDER? Might one get..... Kamala Harris? Tighten up, Man! Archie and the Drells.... A REAL Taste of PHILLY.... Pass me another CHEESE-STEAK.....PLEASE....!!!!!
  7. Hey, JingThing....!!! I see you reading my Topic.... THIS ONE! And, JT, I know that you AGREE with me.... Have a nice day!!!!!!! We dance.... Almost as good as we walk.... While chewing bubble gum..... TIGHTEN UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  8. I have just spent the past 24 hours searching the NET, trying to find someone who can adequately explain Rogaine's POPularity among Americans... So far, this is the best I have been able to find. Sort of a good explanation. Why do Americans listen to, and become followers of dumb nitwits? This is why, in part, one might guess.....maybe....
  9. Please keep me informed. I NEED FIVE FING implants. I am not looking forward to this impending dental experience. Yet, this is all just a part of being alive, and part of our collective human experience. I wish it were not so. GOOD LUCK to you!!!!!!!
  10. You know guys.... In all honesty, and with no tongue-in-cheek: The first day I read Noam Chomsky....so many decades ago.... It was even better, with Chomsky, than... Breaking my first cherry. I often think of Noam, these days... As I, like he, continue to age. Where have all the good guys gone? We will never, again, see the likes of Noam, In our lifetimes.... So sad, really!!!!
  11. Do you, like most Americans.... ENJOY.... Listening to those who seem to PROVE the.... DUNNING-KRUGER effect? Ignorance is so POPULAR in the USA, these days...it seems....maybe..... Why do people love Joe Rogaine? And, then, why do Americans loves to listen to, and trust in....guys like.... Deepak Chopra And, also.... Oprah? You know...because...guys... YOU are the ones I am talking about.... RIGHT? NOTE4: HUGE Egos and HUGE misplaced confidence...but..... Both have very little minds .... both pea-sized, from any academic perspective....haha....
  12. At the very least.... Chomsky provides such a very WELCOME RELIEF to the likes of nitwits such as.... Joe ROGAINE® © Johnson & Johnson Consumer Inc. 2024. All Rights Reserved. Just too many nitwits, these days, in America. Back in 1939, nitwits were far rarer.
  13. Dear Folks, I don't know about you. But, as for me.... I do not consider myself too sophisticated to appreciate such balderdash. Unfortunately, I am unable to find a full copy of this amazing film from yesteryear to share here. No doubt, you can easily find this film, for free, on the Intertube, if you have a mind to do so. What are your opinions about this film? Do you feel great nostalgia for a better world, now extant, for sure? Here are just a few clips of the film. But, more importantly, here, also, is a full reading, by Chris Plummer, (the plumber), of the BOOK. I actually DO know where to find a full copy of this film on the internet for free. Perhaps, later, when I am feeling more charitable, I will provide a link for you. Also, does Mr. Chips remind you of anyone you might know.... In REAL LIFE? Enjoy the Plummer reading, as you fall asleep, tonight.... Very, VERY best regards, Gamma NOTE4: Well....Of Course! If you have not already guessed, by now.... When I think of Mr. Chips..... Noam Chomsky, my fellow alum, first comes to mind...at least for me..... Chomsky, health-wise, may not be doing so well, these days. However, I can tell you that.... As for me, Noam will be VERY SORELY MISSED.... By me. And, by millions around the world. This...I DO KNOW for SURE!!!!
  14. Seems to me, Sir.... That you have been quite successful at being younger. For one thing: Your passion for riding is a definite PLUS in your life. As for me, I had taken GREAT PLEASURE in ROWING.....when I was younger. Wishing you WELL, Sir.....as you age further. You are a...GOOD MAN, IMHO. As I know you know that I know that you are...INDEED..... NOTE4: Maybe, someday, I will visit Scotland, and I will find out what is so special about that place. But, FIRST, I will visit Ireland....something I dearly wish to do....before I die. I want to visit Ireland, to FEEL the land that created GREAT WRITERS.....as you might imagine.... THWACK THWACK THWACK There was NO BETTER typewriter I might have purchased, when I was 16, back in the day, other than the OLYMPIA Office-Model, electric, which weight a tonne! Just trying to move that typewriter, off my desk, in order to dust underneath, caused me a slipped disk, in my callow youth, which I still live with, so unfortunately. Still, this slipped disk is worth having, since it reminds me of that wonderful KRAUT engineering, that I love...including the engineering of the Benz I owned, later in life. By the way, I forgot to tell you: After my Olympia was stolen, and it was stolen in that forbidden isle of Formosa, that HELLHOLE of an island.... I purchased an IBM SELECTRIC typewriter with the BALL. Balls are the best. IBM is an amazing company, even today. ======= I could gush on, further, about IBM and Olympia. Soon, I will start a Topic about both companies.... Hope you do not mind. ========= NOTE4: IMHO, and to all TV Members... I would say that it might be almost impossible to find a better member than StreetCowboy, on the TV Forum. My advice to all member is to do one's best to emulate StreetCowboy in all ways. Doing so would definitely improve the inherent quality of this magnificent forum, a forum that I have been in love with...for many years. I will not leave TV until forced to do so. Hopefully, this will NEVER HAPPEN....
  15. Putting lemon in water is very helpful for producing rotten teeth. This is why I love lemon in my water. Why does this happen? Teeth are negatively affected by an acidic environment inside the mouth, one might imagine. For example, eating sugar causes the formation of acid due to the bacteria in the mouth. I am just guessing here. You can google it if you want. Similarly, we know that lemon juice is a strong acid. And, we know that the teeth are susceptible to decay caused by acid. Of course, if one has lost all one's teeth, then maybe lemon in water, or just straight lemon juice, would be fine, and maybe even beneficial.
  16. HARRIS!!!!! Obviously!!!!!!! That's why..... Should be completely obvious.
  17. But.... Our friend Pol Pot was TALL by comparison to those around him, especially the women. (Sorry. Just agreeing with something I should have read before posting ....)
  18. It's due principally to the fact that they are tall and have lots of hair. Great hair sells well. All leaders throughout history have been very tall. Take Goliath, for example. Very tall.
  19. "You do n't learn that in university. You've got it or you don't." You just used the word, "BUNK". Is this a good word for it? Because, I want to use the SAME word when you make blanket unsubstantiated statements such as the one of yours that I have quoted here above. One can learn almost anything at a university. What is a normie, by the way. And, Rogan is poorly educated, in any formal way. Sure, I agree that NEWARK, growing up there, MUST have been a real education for him, although not one that I would pay for.....maybe... IMPORTANT NOTE: Please identify for me the interview you mention, between Rogan and a scientist, that you love most. I guarantee that I will watch it. I am a curious fellow. Then, I will get back to you about my opinions concerning said video interview. Thank you.
