  1. I looked at renting one for a weekend getaway when I was working in Chonburi. Far too small for living full time.
  2. And, of COURSE, you can back that nasty remark up with facts, yes? Yes?
  3. 199 on the second vote! MWUHAHAHAHA!!! He's goin' down like The Titanic.
  4. I heard rumors that AN is going AI to screen posts. Any truth to that? Also, the button to go back to the top of the page is gone. Temporary "fix" or an "improvement?"
  5. I am a binge drinker, 3 or 4 times a year. I enjoy the hell out of each bout. I tried drinking moderately on a daily basis for a few days, it just wasn't fun the 2nd day on. To answer your question - not me.
  6. This lying liar also defended Gym Jordan's record as a coach. Even Republicans couldn't buy into that one, audibly gasping as she spewed that nonsense. Jordan is an election denier and was directly involved in the 1/6 insurrection. If he becomes Speaker, he will have direct influence on which electoral votes are counted. What could possible go wrong with that scenario?
  7. Of COURSE you would provide a link that has a pay wall so we can't see your "evidence."
  8. I noticed something similar with one of the old 20 baht notes. I had one that had gotten wet, and as I was ironing a shirt thought I'd iron the note dry. It immediately inflated as if a small balloon were inside. I don't know it that's an obscurity or a feature.
  9. Herein lies the problem. There is no evidence either way to support or invalidate the Steele dossier, and when you make loaded remarks based on the premise that it's gospel makes you look like a conspiracy nut at which point no one takes your word for anything. THIS is why the people in a bitterly divided country can't come to any agreement.
  10. Oh NO, whatever will <fill in many members' names here> do???
  11. If you have both 5G and 2.4G and are on the 5G, switch to the 2.4G and repeat test.
  12. nflbite.com Free and no popups.
  13. I have heard of some pretty nasty side effects from actual users. If you aren't type 2 diabetic, it's a very risky path towards weight loss.
  14. OH GAWD! PLEASE don't tempt them! That sounds like a "hold my beer" challenge.
  15. No. The House Speaker is a critical position. The Speaker decides what bills can even be brought up for a vote, and if the likes of Jordan, or (GOD FORBID) that demon spawn aka MTG were put in that chair, only deep MAGA bills would even be considered. What I see finally happening is the childish bickering is coming to a head. Cooler prevailing heads are calling for the "C" word - compromise!
  16. Paypal and Thailand are no longer good bedfellows. A few years back I was informed I had to close my US Paypal account and open one in Thailand. Wanting to be a good citizen, I closed my US account only to find the restrictive nature of opening a Thai Paypal account. I had to wait until I physically went back to the US to be able to reopen a US Paypal account and thumb my nose at the whole system.
  17. YOUR reply to the question "And what country gives billions of Dollars to Iran?" was this: "The USA were going to, 6 Billion $, hasn't that been put on hold?" YOUR words indicate the US was going to give Iran $6 billion and I corrected you. You do see that, yes?
  18. Never gonna happen, he is an absolute election denier. THAT should be a basic litmus test for any potential House Speaker- "Do you think the 2020 election was legitimate?"
  19. It's difficult to folks who listen to Fox NOT-news.
  20. I grow weary of correcting this idea. It is NOT US money, it was Iranian money that the US froze.
  21. And just how are we expected to determine which is real and which is counterfeit?
  22. It looks like they're taking a stab at a Universal Basic Income (UBI) which is a humane concept. However, considering how this gubmint is rife with grift, it should never be implemented without serious honest oversight. My computer started gagging and laughing as I typed the last three words of the previous paragraph.
  23. A simplification, but by no means a stretch: You own a small business making rubber bands. You make a comfortable living. Suddenly, war breaks out and the gubmint comes to you, saying "If you'll make these bullets for us, we'll pay you 10 times what you're earning right now." You say "HELL yes" and start manufacturing 24 x 7. You LIKE this newfound wealth and want to keep it going. And so the Military Industrial Complex was born, needing fresh blood to keep the coffers overflowing. To date, the US has given a total of $76.8 billion to Ukraine for their war with Russia, of which $28.2 billion is direct military aid. I really have trouble wrapping my head around how this much money can't conclude a war without some SERIOUS grifting going on. https://www.cfr.org/article/how-much-aid-has-us-sent-ukraine-here-are-six-charts So while it's not worth it to the vast majority of the world, those in power reap obscene benefits.
