Our problem is the karaoke doesn't have to be constant or ridiculous loud........it only has to be intermittent and audible to make our lives a living hell.

Who the hell do these Thais think they are?.....God's gift to the world. I can think of 17 countries I would prefer to live in if I had a million dollars.

Yes...know a few 'handy' guys in BKK who could be persuaded to assist........but it just leaves us wide open to endless threats. Why is it the innocent can't do anything for fear of retribution yet the guilty seem to get away with murder?

It was never on the cards for me......all her money, she signed the contracts and only told me once it was 20/30% finished. One of the driving forces (I think) was to get me away from Bangkok.

I am beginning to think the same.......this could be deliberate. There are a few ramshackle cafe/restaurants about but why they build them out here.........God alone knows. I am going back to the UK to get away from Thailand for a bit, had enough, and the wife can sort this out. I have told her I will not live there under these circumstances .......life is too short to put up with this ****. It really is criminal and as much as I am annoyed with her for buying, it is heartbreaking.

Un*******believable. Just returned to our room in a Thai 'resort' and there is Thai family opposite, all sitting outside, bluetooth speaker playing full blast. That is it. I am flying back to the UK Dec 2 and I don't see me coming back.
