    I'm guessing....obviously....that most will take their kids, some will give them up to family or close friends and the few remaining kids will fall on the State.....horrific. But I image the administration hopes the numbers just dumped will be minimal. Re Changing the constitution......he just says stuff that is red meat for MAGA crew.

    Absolutely everything is a theory......the ones adopted at any moment in time are the ones that best fit known facts/evidence. Once a 'better' theory comes along, the old one is toast. Newton's Laws of motion were the be all and end all for 250 odd years.....then Einstein popped up.

    As of now, it is uncertain which prosecutor or office will take over the case. New court dates have yet to be announced.
