Those absolute swines......trying prevent misinformation leading to unnecessary deaths due to covid 19. Give me bleach, horse worming tablets and a torch down the throat anyday........ Key points about what the Biden administration reportedly asked Facebook to address: 1. COVID-19 Misinformation: The administration expressed concerns about the spread of false or misleading information regarding COVID-19, including the efficacy of vaccines, treatments, and the virus’s origins. They urged Facebook to take stronger measures against content that promoted vaccine hesitancy, conspiracy theories, or other misinformation that could potentially harm public health efforts. 2. Vaccine Hesitancy: The administration pushed Facebook to focus on reducing the spread of content that might lead to vaccine hesitancy. This included asking for actions against specific accounts or groups known to spread false claims about vaccines, which they believed could undermine the public health response to the pandemic. 3. Disinformation: There were broader concerns about disinformation, particularly around public health, that could impact national efforts to combat the pandemic. The administration sought to limit the influence of false narratives by encouraging Facebook to be more proactive in identifying and removing such content. -

Just been checking............ The term "20/20 vision" originates from the Snellen chart, which was developed by Dutch ophthalmologist Hermann Snellen in 1862. The chart is used to measure visual acuity, which is the clarity or sharpness of vision. In this system, "20/20" vision means that a person can see at 20 feet what a person with normal vision can see at 20 feet. The first number represents the distance at which a person with normal vision can clearly see a specific line of letters or symbols on the chart, and the second number indicates the distance at which the person being tested can see the same line. For example, if someone has 20/40 vision, it means they have to be 20 feet away to see something that a person with normal vision could see from 40 feet away. Conversely, if someone has 20/10 vision, they can see something clearly at 20 feet that a person with normal vision could only see from 10 feet away, indicating better-than-normal visual acuity.
