    Since i eat fresh Pineapple and Papaya every other day, Gout atacks are gone. Works for me since 10 Years. And stay away from Chicken skin and most sea food

    This high season 2024/25 I noticed a significant increase in elderly, frail tourists and long-term tourists in Pattaya/Jomtien area. This issue will definitely become much more important.

    I went to Thailand first time in November 1988. Immigration Office were very friendly I had a Visa for two month and i asked them for 1 month more at Immigration Bangkok. They gave me instead 2 month more with a smile.

    Govt. Hospital Wichian or Govt. Petchabun, in Main Petchabun. The two Hospitals work together. My wife goes there for Hb1ac tests every 3 month

    i prefer to stay at home after sunset, especially during the mad peak season
