  1. Thais must disregard coup and betrayal rumors and stick together Also good advice for the junta lovers found desperately trawling these boards hoping against hope that somehow the junta should live on.
  2. Wrong. Your post is 100% nonsense. Prawit and PT have both stated this story is garbage. I assume, you concede and stand corrected?
  3. You forgot Thailand under junta rule - they are probably the biggest supporter that the Burmese junta have. Who’d have thunk that supporting anti democracy juntas has real world death and destruction consequences. Shame on all those who have argued against democracy in Thailand - hiding behind that tiny tiny false fig leaf “Thaksin is the devil”. What you guys support is disgusting.
  4. Is water wet? Is the sky blue? Is the pope a catholic?
  5. This reaction reveals an awful lot about Prayuth and his supporters. Junta lovers, this is what you are truly supporting and no amount of “but, but Thaksin” can conceal this fact. How sad.
  6. Thaksin spent 20 years making the establishment look like third rate political hacks. This guy is making Thaksin look like a third rate political hack. Pita is Thailand’s very own Neo - he owns the matrix… the junta is finished forever.
  7. No need to think - there isn’t. Things are different now. The train has left the station and there is no returning.
  8. Who could have ever predicted….. Wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong..,, how many times are you going to get things wrong before you finally wake up to reality, drop the Thaksin nonsenses and own your own anti democracy beliefs?
  9. Hmm, will the junta loving Thaksin obsessives who spent all day yesterday condemning Thaksin for selling out MF because “Thaksin only cares about Thaksin” continue to live in their alternate reality or will they concede they were (are) wrong yet again (as always)?
  10. Junta lovers lack the moral courage to publicly acknowledge their junta love, they instead obsess over Thaksin (and now MF) treating lies and exaggerations that portray the pro democracy side as evil, selfish and corrupt whilst turning a blind eye to the blindingly obvious evil, selfish and corrupt junta villainy that is occurring right before their very eyes. If you were here when Thaksin was PM - some 17 years ago, then it is an absolutely remarkable effort on your behalf to have remained so ignorant and misinformed over such a long long stretch of time. Bravo.
  11. Idle gossip. Explicit rejection of said gossip by PT Thaksin obsessives do what….. treat the gossip as gospel. ????????????
  12. Give these jets to the Thai military and the Chinese would have the blueprints the next day. It is a win-win decision though as the F-35 program is an economic black hole - Thailand has wasted enough money on military spending without adding this lunacy to the mix.
  13. That’s it - remain steadfast in the face of reality. Ignore all facts. Junta 4eva!
  14. Nothing has happened other than a bit of idle gossip - calm yourself down. Out of curiosity , if Thaksin remains true to his word and PT remain in Pita’s coalition will you come back here and correct your posts?
  15. It would be suicide for Pheu Thai. Thaksin, whatever you may think of him, is no fool.
  16. Wrong again. Happens all the time. Cobras. In Thai political terms, a cobra is an MP of one party who defects to another for money or other incentives.
  17. Look at you. Any tidbit of idle gossip concerning Thaksin and you take it at face value without question. PT have issued a statement that they are 100% supporting MF as the lead party in the coalition and are making zero attempt to undermine them. Well done Robblok for allowing your Thaksin obsession to supersede rationality.
  18. More inaccuracy and dishonesty. In February 2014, the Mental Health Department published the result of their investigation into the suicides of 13 farmers, which was that there appeared to be no connection between these suicides and the delayed payments. This was widely reported in the media at the time. Japan officially complained ???????? What did the juntas coup do for Thailands economy? https://www.straitstimes.com/asia/se-asia/foreign-investment-plummets-78-in-junta-ruled-thailand There was a judicial coup in 2008 that ousted the elected government When the December 2007 elections resulted in a clear victory for a Thaksin-backed party, the former prime minister’s opponents mobilized once again. The PAD took to the streets, creating a crisis of governance, and the Constitutional Court disbanded the Thaksin-affiliated party in 2008. This decision allowed the Democrat Party, a long-time ally of the royalist establishment, to lead the government coalition, setting in motion one of the most violent confrontations in Thai political history.
  19. Huge damage from Yingluck’s government? Even the juntas dodgy figures had total losses at about 1% of gdp Also, your timeline seems to have overlooked the 2006 and 2008 coups - both of which caused immediate and significant damage to the gdp. It is also a matter of fact that the 2014 coup caused more damage to the Thai economy than the rice scheme. Why do you persist with the dishonesty?
